Do you prefer a real or synthetic tree?

I have a synthetic one but I'd love to have a real one next christmas maybe!

You're in a coffee shop, it's December, what do you order?

Nothing, I don't go to coffee shops! I'd love a festive drink though, I'd love to try one!

What's your favourite colour scheme for the tree?

We have some multicolor lights, purple and red baubles and some silver tinsel. My tree would consist of white/sparkly baubles and white lights. 

Giving Or Receiving?

I detest when people say 'I hate receiving, it's all about giving' when really it's not.. I like both, I love selecting things for people and watch their faces light up and I also love receiving because it shows people also chose something for me AND I'm a cosmetic addict so the more the better, haha!

To Mince Pie or To Not?

Make them...YES! Eat them?... bleugh, no!

Traditional Christmas dinner?

Quorn peppered steak and vegetables!

Christmas Fashion?

Christmas day means the onesie! I've never gone out on xmas day or got dressed purely because it's always me, mum and dad and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Your Christmas Song?

I like them all! I can't choose!:(

Your Christmas Film?

None... I don't watch films!! But,  do like The Polar Express. It's the first Christmas film I watched so I love it.

Presents before or after Lunch?

Before! We don't have lunch we just have dinner and I open everything soon as I wake up!

Today I've decided to do a tag. I'm in a tag sort of mood and I don't really have any beauty related things to blog about. 

I've decided to do '40 Beauty Questions' as I saw it on Youtube from ages ago so it's not really a new tag but it's something to keep me occupied for a while, ha!

SKINCARE |
Q How many times do you wash your face daily? I wash my face around 2 times a day. In the morning, when I wake up and before makeup and then at night, when I take my makeup off.

Q What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo) Definately oily. It's something you'll hear me moan about a lot. I'm so glad cleansers and matte powders exist! 
Q What is your current facial wash? I'm actually using a Wilko exfoliating one. I need to get myself a new one but I'm searching about the shops for a good one at the moment! I've just finished my Elemis Peach one so I may have to purchase it again.
Q Do you exfoliate? Yeah, I do. I do it once every two days and my face feels a lot lighter and gets rid of all the unwanted oils. 
Q What brand do you use? I use Elemis/wilko at the moment. 
Q What moisturizer do you use? Again, Elemis! I use the day and the night one, two times a day. 
Q Do you have freckles? I actually do! I never knew I did until the sun brought them out. They're not strong, at all, but I think they're really cute. I love them!
Q Do you use eye cream? Not really, no...
Q Do you or did you have acne prone skin? My skin's been really good to me. I've never suffered with acne, I get a few spots or whiteheads every now and then but they're managable. I'm lucky *touches wood*.
MAKE-UP
-What foundation do you use? At the moment, Match Perfection. Rimmel.
-How about concealer? MUA cover and conceal, but not all the time.
-Do you know your undertone color? Yellow, I think, I'm not pink...
-What do you think of fake eyelashes? Love them. I wish I could apply them well!
-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months? I do know, but I'm not going to throw away something that has a lot in.. so if it's past 3 months, I'll continue use. I'm fine with it and so are my eyes so it's ok!
-What brand of mascara do you use? I have a few! My fave at the moment has to be Lash Accelerator endless by Rimmel but for an everyday one, NYC Showtime.
-Sephora or MAC? MAC! Never been to Sephora...
-Do you have a MAC Pro-card? I don't.
-What makeup tools do you use in make up application? All brushes, not sure about tools?
-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? This reminded me that I have a primer in my collection and it's only been used once.. I completely forgot I had one... I'll start using it!
-For the face? I have two but I don't use them because I feel like they don't work well for me:-(
-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)? I love bronze shades/ nudes/ browns.. they're easy to apply. 
-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? I do sometimes. I need to master the wing!
-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil? Hardly ever.
-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows? They're great but they go everywhere.
-Do you use mineral makeup? Never.
-What is your favorite lipstick? I have a few, I can't decide!!
-How about lipgloss? At the moment, my 2true one. It was in my faves not so long ago.
-What is your favorite blush to use? My MUA/Natural Collection one. I hardly wear blush, though..
-Do you buy your makeup on ebay? Never. I have a palette from there but never bought makeup there.
-Do you like drugstore makeup? Ofcourse...
-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets) No?
-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? I'm doing a makeup artistry course in January so I'll be taught professionally then!
-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup? No...
-Name a makeup crime that you hate? I'm not really sure, who am I to judge!
-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones? I like both.
-Which celebrity always has great make up? I love the ladies from TOWIE. I know that's controversial but I think they always look gorgeous. 
-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use? Mascara.
-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? I couldn't go far, but I could do it sometimes.
-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on? Some days, depends how my skin is! I don't look amazing though..
-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line? I seriously like anything drugstore.
-What do you think of Makeup?? Ofcourse, I love it.

Hello October | The Autumn Tag

Well Hello October!

I'm not sure what to think about September. In a way, I think it's gone by so fast but looking back, it's been a bit of a slow journey...

September was an ok month, I didn't really notice a weather chance because we've been very fortunate considering it's been quite warm, sunny and not autumnal. We've not had a rainy day....

This September/October I've not really noticed the effects of Autumn. The picture above was taken last year and look at all the beautiful leaves! Last year I really enjoyed autumn, I really enjoyed the boots, coats and gorgeous leaves but this year has been totally different. At the moment, one street in my area has golden leaves scattered about the floor, but not as many as last year - I hope we get the same treatment again!

Today's post is a tag and I haven't done a tag in ages so this should be one that I enjoy and ofcourse, I tag you all to do it and leave a link below so I can see your favourite parts of Autumn!

1. Favourite thing about Autumn? So many things! I love the countdown to Christmas, the golden leaves, snug days inside, and ofcourse photography opportunities in the garden!
2. Favourite drink? I don't really like hot drinks and I don't drink tea/coffee so you won't get the usual 'Starbucks' mention here because I've never had one! At the moment I've been drinking a lot of 'Caribbean Crush' lucozade...which is a bit summery but there you go..
3. Favourite scent? Oooo, this should be a good one considering I work in the Perfume Shop! At the moment I'm really liking Island Fantasy by Britney Spears...strange how it's a summer scent but I don't really coordinate the seasons to scents.
   A few other scents I love in the autumn are cinnamon candles. I need to purchase some from Yankee Candle because they smell so cosy and warm!
4. Best lipstick? As I'm doing this tag, I'm finding myself still attached to summer..I'm still wearing barbie pink shades! *covers face*... For the Autumn though I really like Rimmel's lipstick in 'Bronze Goddess' as it's the perfect brown for my skin tone as I don't wear plum shades.
5. Go to moisturiser? I've not been moisturising lately which is so lame but I really like Soap And Glory in the winter and I really like The Body Shop butters, although the ones out at the moment are very summery so I need to purchase some Gingerbread editions and Honeymania!
6. Go to colours for the eyes? I love bronze/brown colours all the time and they're my everyday choices so I'll keep to that and probably add a bit of liner. I really want to try different shades this autumn but I probably won't get round to it...
7. Favourite band/singer to listen to? I don't really need to change my music taste for the seasons so I listen to the same old tunes...
8. Favourite outfit to wear? I've decided to keep to the same outfit choices but add some tights and a jacket. I need to pop into all the shops soon and get some autumnal skater skirt colours. 
9. Autumn treat? Oooooh, I'm not too sure?!
10. Favourite place to be? London! Hyde Park and St James' look beautiful in Autumn.

Colours Of The Rainbow Tag | Collab

Hello everyone! I have the most exciting post on my blog today and I've been so excited to do it!
I normally do tags and for a while I wanted to do this certain one. On Saturday night, I decided to ask the #bbloggers on twitter if anyone wanted to join me in a collab and luckily, 6 other girls wanted to, so we came to the decision of colours and we planned everything out for this post today. 
This is my first collab and everything's gone really well! Along the way, I've met 6 other lovely girls and hopefully, some people that I can talk to during my blogging journey. I never really chat to other bloggers so this was a big step!

My colour is blue. I had no idea what to do for this colour as I don't really wear blue makeup and so I got a bit stuck, but soon as I went into my makeup drawers and had a look round, I came to five items really quick. I have a small range of different items.

Match Perfection Foundation | Rimmel
I use this foundation everyday. The only downside is, it's slightly light now as I'm tanned but I love the finish and it's not too heavy. 

Garnier Moisture Match Moisturiser
I have many samples of this product and need to get round to using them. This one is normal to dry skin whereas I'm oily, so I'll probably pass this onto the mother... I can't wait to try the range out!

Maybelline Colour Show | Cool Blue
I love this polish. It's the perfect blue. It's very summery and a beautiful ocean blue shade. I reviewed this a while back - it's a good polish and I want more.

Boots After Sun
I use this for many things. It cools me down on a hot day, it cools sunburn and I use it as a foundation base! It's excellent and non greasy. A handy summer must have!

NYC Mascara | Showtime
NYC are a really inexpensive brand and I really like this mascara. I've been using it everyday since I got it and it's perfect for bottom lashes without them smudging or looking OTT. This mascara is really cheap and hasn't gone dry or run out. I love it!

I hope you enjoyed this post as much as I loved creating it. It's been brilliant to actually talk to other bloggers that do the same things as I do. I think I've met 6 lovely girls that I'll hopefully continue to talk to and enjoy my blogging experience with. I'll definitely be doing more collabs after this and ofcourse, I'll let you all know how to take part if you wanted to!

This Or That Beauty Tag

Hiya everyone, I've had this post on my blog planner for ages so I've decided to do it today! It's the 'This or That beauty tag' and I think it's a pretty old one but I like the questions and ofcourse, I tag you all to do it and remember to link your blog posts below if you've done this, I love reading everyone's tag answers!

Makeup
blush or bronzer? - Definately bronzer. I love a good bronze and I'm trying to master contour, too!
lipgloss or lipstick? - Lipstick, to be honest. I have a mix of both but I think I always reach for a stick rather than a gloss!
eye liner or mascara? - This is a bit of a difficult one because I used to be an eyeliner junkie but I've come to the point of skipping that but now and always think my eyes are pretty with just a bit of mascara. So I'll pick mascara.
foundation or concealer? - Foundation. I only have one concealer and I hardly use it. I feel like if you need to cover up, add a bit more foundation?
neutral or color eye shadow - Neautral... I feel like browns and nudes suit everyone.
pressed or loose eyeshadows - Pressed. I always use pressed more than loose but I use loose occasionally. 
brushes or sponges? - Brushes! I binned my sponges a while ago. I didn't use them and they started to go weird... I hated using them! Hate Hate Hate!
Nails
OPI or china glaze? - OPI. Never tried China Glaze!
Long or short? I have short nails and in a way, I prefer them that way.
Acrylic or natural? Natural! Never had acrylic but I remember having false nails a few years back and I took them off 5 minutes later.. I actually cried because they made me cringe.. LOL
Brights or darks? Brights. I love brights and pastels so much!
Flower or no flower? Flower..?

Body
perfume or body splash? I like both! I really do! Perfumes for occasions and body splashes  (i use sprays) for everyday use.  
lotion or body butter? Body Butter. Body lotions are too runny:-(
body wash or soap? Body wash!!! SOAP MAKES ME CRINGE! It's so ew.. When I get out the bath it seems to 'set' on my skin and flakes...tmi!
lush or other bath company? I like Bomb Cosmetics. But I like Lush too... 

Fashion
jeans or sweat pants? Can leggings be my sweat pants?! I hate jeans..
long sleeve or short? Both! I sometimes wear short sleeve things with a long sleeve underneath.
dresses or skirts? Dresses. I have more than them - but I like skirts too!
stripes or plaid? Stripes.
flip flops or sandals? Sandals. They have more design.. but I do love my Primark flip flops, I take them everywhere in the summer!
scarves or hats? Scarves. Never wear hats, I look strange:-(
studs or dangly earrings? Totally both!!
necklaces or bracelets? Don't make me choose!! Both!
heels or flats? Flats. I absolutely love heels but I don't own any *cringe* just because I have nowhere to go that involves heels.. can't beat a pair of 'dolly shoes' ha!
cowboy boots or riding boots? Riding boots!
jacket or hoodie? Jackets for everyday, hoodies for bed! Haha
forever 21 or charlotte russe? Never heard of the second option - Forever 21 have some nice things so I choose them!
abercombie or Hollister? None...
saks 5th or nordstrom? *stares blankly*

Hair
curly or straight? Straight. I love it curly but I choose straight more often seeing as my hair is being such a looser and I hate styling it.
bun or ponytail? Bun!!! I've mastered the bun!! I also think I get away with a bun, whereas a ponytail looks scruffy on me and I hate my forehead. I love buns!
bobby pins or butterfly clips? Aw I like both... maybe bobby pins more though.
hair spray or gel? I don't use any. But I use spray for curls so I choose that!
long or short? Long!
light or dark? Dark.
side sweep bangs or full bangs? None for myself.
up or down? Down.

Summer or winter? 100% both..summer in winter and winter in summer, haha.

Hello everyone. 

It's a non beauty post today and I thought I would do a tag! I posted the video to this today so I thought I'd let my blog followers have a read, too!

It's the 13 personal questions tag and although they're not the nitty gritty nor personal, I thought it'd be a good tag to do - so I hope you enjoy!

1. What Do I Order From Starbucks? 

Nothing, I'm afraid! I don't drink coffee so I never bother with Starbucks.

2. What's one thing in my closet, that I can't live without?

A chiffon shirt. Inexpensive from Primark, range of designs to match up to skirts, leggings and jackets and they suit me well, I think. I love them!

3. One thing people don't know about me is;

I can't tie shoe laces or use a knife well. I'm so embarrassed by this but I just can't.. ahh, awkward!

4. One thing I want to do, before I die is;

Move to London/Live in London and have many holidays, be a makeup artist and own a makeup shop - more than one but I want to do many things!

5. One food I can't live without?

Noodles.. gr, so hard to give up!

6. One quote I live by?

Loads. the best one is 'don't regret something you once wanted' because I feel like we can all relate.

7. Like and dislike about the Blogging/YT community?

I like how we all love the same thing so we can all chat and most of the time there isn't much bitching or favouritism, well I haven't experienced that yet anyway! I hate the fact people pick out the bad things and never focus on the good and I hate the fact there's no pleasing people. So far, I haven't had a bad experience. 

8. No 1 song on my iPod/iTunes?

Armin Van Buuren's tune at the moment I'd have to say! It's been on non stop...

9. My style?

No style. I don't follow trends, I just pick out what I like and wear it. I'm not 'fashionable' at all - I just wear clothes haha!

I've been so silent recently. I missed last times post and I missed yesterdays post. You'll have two posts today and then back to normal tomorrow. My laptop had a virus so I wasn't able to post - apologies for that!

Questions1. Name a beauty regime that you rarely do.
Recently, I've been doing everything. I've been doing haircare - using masks and oil samples. I've been using skincare because I've broken out massively via Elemis..and I've been doing my makeup regime.. do I'm not too sure! I'm not sure if this is a right answer or whatever but I don't really ever do my eyebrows when doing my makeup. I hardly fill them in and I think they look okay as they are..
A regime though.. I think facial masks? I'm not sure! 

2. Is washing your makeup brushes something you do regularly?
Yeah. I never used to. I do now. Twice this week, infact!

3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
Not long.. if it chips, I always take it off. I paint them every week, so if it comes off on the 5th day, I always wait until thr 7th day.

4. How long do you put off buying/replacing a beauty product or nail polish product even if you need it?(i.e purchasing a new topcoat, or a new foundation etc.)
Long.. things like wet wipes, cotton wool etc always get bought. But things like lipglosses don't.. I'll use whatever I have in my collection. Foundations always get replaced if I don't have a new one because I neeeeeeed foundation!

5. What is your worst beauty habit?Touching my face! I always moan about spots but I sit there leaning on my hand. I do the occasional sleeping with makeup on, but I hardly do that anymore. 

6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?
Schoolwork. Haven't done it in a while.. I will tomorrow! After filming Youtube videos, ofcourse;) It's just long and eurgh.

7. When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready until the last minute or not?I just take 45 mins to do makeup..so if I'm going out at 12, I'll get ready at 10 and see how long it takes.

8. Can you commit to spending bans?
Yep. I hardly ever go shopping. I do it once a month - not exactly high end products I'll give you that!


9. How organised is your makeup and nail polish collection?
Pretty organised. I don't have polish storage yet, I have little boxes for my makeup, though.

10. What is the longest amount of time you have gone without writing a blog post?
Not long...a week maybe?

The Hard Knock Life Tag..

I was scouting about on Beautylish the other day and came across a new beauty blog to read. I absolutely love the design of her blog and the well thought out blog posts - so I decided to follow her! If you wanted to check out her blog, click here:-)

A post that really interested me was the 'Hard Knock Life' tag and found myself answering a few of the questions, so I thought I would do it too! I think this was made up by her so I'm sure you could all do it! This is more of a lifestyle tag and I never really put anything lifestyle on my blog, even though I'm meant to.

As any normal tag, I'll go on and answer the questions..here goes!

1. Your Favorite tool to keep you organised in everyday life..

A schedule. I have one for Youtube, my blog, my LIFE! My meals and my days out. I love being scheduled so a good schedule keeps me organised. I go by a routine everyday and eat at certain times, excersize at certain times, walk the dog at certain times.. I love it haha.

2. How many hours in one week do you normally spend cleaning up/studying for school/organizing around the house?

I'm homeschooled so I'm always doing schoolwork. I hardly ever clean the house.. ''muuuuuuuuuuum!''

3.What is your least favorite aspect of school/work/organizing?

Half the time, I never 'get it'. So I leave it for days and then I half to spend longer than I would have, just to catch up.

4. What is your most favored aspect of school/work/organizing?

I love learning things so I suppose carrying on at home doing my schoolwork was a good thing. I love organizing because I can keep everything to a standard of what I want. 

5. When you are studying/working/organizing, do you have any rituals you must do before, during, or after?

When I'm studying I have a habit of listening to music via my earphones.. sometimes I lose concentration but sometimes it helps..strange!? And while I'm organizing, music is always the way forward!

6. Do you use a consistent routine for the morning and/or night?

No.. I've been wanting to stick to my everyday routine all this week and failed.. and last week.. I've planned out everyday and wanted to do it but I failed, aw:(

7. What organizational product do you swear by and recommend most when asked by others?

Makeup storage. I used to love everything just..out..on my desk and then I'd go to pick up a mascara nad it'd be like dominoes - once one thing falls, the other thing falls and I'd have to spend ages putting everything upright again. So I decided to get makeup storage and I know where everything is now. I might do a makeup storage post, actually..

8. What is your favorite & least favorite place to be when relaxing after school/work/cleaning up?

I'm not one for relaxing, ha!

9. Do you have one study/work/organizational habit that you preach to others about, but struggle to actually follow in everyday life?

Tidying. I hate when things are messy so I hint to mum - ''ooh, so messy in here today. Think it needs a clean''

10. Do you use any outlets to help you pass the time more quickly when organizing/working/studying?

Twitter. Have a good moan and it soon passes the time.

11. When life gets truly overwhelming, what are some things you do to remind yourself to do in order to either relax for a few minutes or get away from it?

This is a hard one.. I really don't know!
