This Or That Beauty Tag

Hiya everyone, I've had this post on my blog planner for ages so I've decided to do it today! It's the 'This or That beauty tag' and I think it's a pretty old one but I like the questions and ofcourse, I tag you all to do it and remember to link your blog posts below if you've done this, I love reading everyone's tag answers!

Makeup
blush or bronzer? - Definately bronzer. I love a good bronze and I'm trying to master contour, too!
lipgloss or lipstick? - Lipstick, to be honest. I have a mix of both but I think I always reach for a stick rather than a gloss!
eye liner or mascara? - This is a bit of a difficult one because I used to be an eyeliner junkie but I've come to the point of skipping that but now and always think my eyes are pretty with just a bit of mascara. So I'll pick mascara.
foundation or concealer? - Foundation. I only have one concealer and I hardly use it. I feel like if you need to cover up, add a bit more foundation?
neutral or color eye shadow - Neautral... I feel like browns and nudes suit everyone.
pressed or loose eyeshadows - Pressed. I always use pressed more than loose but I use loose occasionally. 
brushes or sponges? - Brushes! I binned my sponges a while ago. I didn't use them and they started to go weird... I hated using them! Hate Hate Hate!
Nails
OPI or china glaze? - OPI. Never tried China Glaze!
Long or short? I have short nails and in a way, I prefer them that way.
Acrylic or natural? Natural! Never had acrylic but I remember having false nails a few years back and I took them off 5 minutes later.. I actually cried because they made me cringe.. LOL
Brights or darks? Brights. I love brights and pastels so much!
Flower or no flower? Flower..?

Body
perfume or body splash? I like both! I really do! Perfumes for occasions and body splashes  (i use sprays) for everyday use.  
lotion or body butter? Body Butter. Body lotions are too runny:-(
body wash or soap? Body wash!!! SOAP MAKES ME CRINGE! It's so ew.. When I get out the bath it seems to 'set' on my skin and flakes...tmi!
lush or other bath company? I like Bomb Cosmetics. But I like Lush too... 

Fashion
jeans or sweat pants? Can leggings be my sweat pants?! I hate jeans..
long sleeve or short? Both! I sometimes wear short sleeve things with a long sleeve underneath.
dresses or skirts? Dresses. I have more than them - but I like skirts too!
stripes or plaid? Stripes.
flip flops or sandals? Sandals. They have more design.. but I do love my Primark flip flops, I take them everywhere in the summer!
scarves or hats? Scarves. Never wear hats, I look strange:-(
studs or dangly earrings? Totally both!!
necklaces or bracelets? Don't make me choose!! Both!
heels or flats? Flats. I absolutely love heels but I don't own any *cringe* just because I have nowhere to go that involves heels.. can't beat a pair of 'dolly shoes' ha!
cowboy boots or riding boots? Riding boots!
jacket or hoodie? Jackets for everyday, hoodies for bed! Haha
forever 21 or charlotte russe? Never heard of the second option - Forever 21 have some nice things so I choose them!

Hair
curly or straight? Straight. I love it curly but I choose straight more often seeing as my hair is being such a looser and I hate styling it.
bun or ponytail? Bun!!! I've mastered the bun!! I also think I get away with a bun, whereas a ponytail looks scruffy on me and I hate my forehead. I love buns!
bobby pins or butterfly clips? Aw I like both... maybe bobby pins more though.
hair spray or gel? I don't use any. But I use spray for curls so I choose that!
long or short? Long!
light or dark? Dark.
side sweep bangs or full bangs? None for myself.
up or down? Down.

Random
Rain or shine? SUNSHINE!

Summer or winter? 100% both..summer in winter and winter in summer, haha.
Fall or spring? I like both...
Chocolate or vanilla? Chocolate.

NOTW | Maybelline Color Show | First Impressions

Hiya everyone!

I have a NOTW post today but with a slight twist. I normally say what I'm wearing and etc but tonights NOTW is a full first impression of the new nail polish range 'Color Show'.

These caught my eye ever since the advert aired in the UK and I really wanted them from the off! I decided to pick one up because hey, they're hardly pricey..

In Asda last week they had them at £2 which is great, 99p off! I had a look at the colour range online already, before my shop and I noted down many, many colours that I liked. I really like Go Go Green and I think that's a polish I'll definately be picking up. 

When I got to the Maybelline stand they didn't have many colours left but this one caught my eye so away I went - I didn't even notice any other colours on the shelf! 

I picked this up because I don't have a colour quite like this. It's a baby blue shade - quite pastel? I think it'll work in the spring/summer, with or without glitters and you can add things to it. I added some REALLY sparse glitter to mine with some polka dots! I think my nails this week look really cute and summery! 

My first impressions of the Color Show range are good. Like I said, the advert caught my eye straightaway and I knew I wanted to try these polishes. The colour range instantly attracted me to the brand because they have so many and they look like colours that 'pop'.. many colours are bright and I prefer brights to darks! 

The price also attracted me to these polishes because I saw the advert and because Maybelline is always around the £7 mark, I thought these polishes would be too, but I checked the price and was very surprised! £2.99 for a nail polish is fab! It's Barry M price and if you're like me - it's a good way to build up your nail polish collection!

Now for the application..
I like these polishes. I do like them and I had good results. I only needed one coat and the colour applied very opaque. By the time I completed my second hand I did notice the polish going quite...gloopy? But I think this is just me and I don't think this would happen to anyone else and I think I know what caused it - if you've experienced this, comment below! 

I absolutely love these polishes though and I'm 100% going to purchase more. Go go green is my next one. The only thing I would recommend with these polishes is to wait a while before you do a second coat, if you need one. I find that you could mess everythign up completely if you attempt to rush painting them - just because the polish is quite thick and takes a while to dry!

All in all, I love them.

Possibility Ginger Snap Cookies Shower Gel | £1 | Savers

Good Product / Bad Product

This is something I liked using. I used it as a bubble bath, shower gel, body wash..I really like it, it lathers, foams up well etc. The only thing that I'm not keen on is the smell because there is no smell! I really wish this product had a ginger biscuits scent because I really love the smell of ginger cookies and this didn't have the scent. I wouldn't say this is a bad product though, because it's inexpensive and they have a good range of 'flavours'. I'd repurchase because it's not heavy on the purse so I can use it everyday!

Elemis Face Wash | £9.99 | Superdrug

Good Product / Bad Product / Unsure!

Totally unsure. This broke me out sometimes and other times it made my skin feel fresh and glowy. I'm glad this is all gone - I will not be repurchasing! It's a bit overpriced for me anyway, I prefer more drugstore skincare. I liked the smell and how it applied, though.

Good Product / Bad Product

Love it! Feels amazing on the skin, smells beautiful and is actually perfectly priced considering the amount you have. It lasted me 2 years and that, to me, is perfect value. Soap and Glory products are brilliant! Definate repurchase girls!

Elemis Face Wipes | £4.95 | Superdrug

Good product / Bad product 

I like these. I like how they removed my makeup and I like how clean they made my skin after I removed makeup. They get into your pores and take away mascara well but I don't think I'll repurchase because I don't buy 'face wipes' I just get plain and simple baby wipes! If you're looking for new face wipes though, I recommend.

Possibility Raspberry Shower Gel | £1 | Savers

Good product / Bad product

I love this! I absolutely love the smell and it works exactly the same as the Ginger snap one but has an actual scent which is strong and is so fruity and mm! I love love love this. I'm going to pick up some this weekend, I think!

I hope you enjoyed this post. I definitely recommend you to check out Possibility products because they're only £1 and I've seen them in Poundland, Poundworld and I picked my ones up in Savers. They do a Strawberry scent, a Lemon Cheesecake scent and a Pink Champagne scent. I have the lemon and the Champagne ones, too!

I'm really happy with my wishlist this month and I really hope to get the products from it. I have a good amount and a good variety of things so I'm going to tell you about them!

H&M Trousers | £7.99 | Blue

I really love these - lots and lots, haha. I featured these in a recent how to style post and I just come across them on the internet while I was trying to find trousers to go with the top I was styling. I haven't been on the lookout for any of these type trousers but I really love the pattern and the way they look and I can imagine styling them on myself so I really want them. The price tag isn't too bad either girls!

Maybelline Colour Show | £2.99 | Go Go Green

Recently, I've been in love with green shades like this. I love my Barry M one and I love my OPI one which is so so so similar. I absolutely love these and ever since the advert popped on the TV I've been wanting them. I love the bottle, matter of fact and I actually thought these wouldn't be so cheap. I thought they would be around £7/8... I can't believe they're Barry M price aha, it's baffled me for some reason! They have a great colour selection and I can't wait to try! This is a guaranteed purchase.

I also have my eye on a second colour! I love the polka effect for nails and most of them (Illamasqua for example) are way expensive so I'm definately going to try this one.

Finally! 

I've been seeing this on Tumblr for around 2 years. I knew instantly it was in America and not the UK because of the bottle shape - Maybelline UK has a pointed top while US has a flat top. I loved the look of the packaging instantly and years back - I wished we had it in the UK. Now, we finally do and it has a cheap intro price at £5.99 so I'll definately be trying. Yes, there are mixed reviews but i really want to try for myself!

Kate Moss Lipstick | £5.49 | Rimmel

I finally got round to trying one of these lipsticks the other week and it's the red packaging, shade 101. I love it and I NEED more! I came across this shade on the internet this morning so I need to get my booty down to Boots! Beautiful shade and it's a shade I don't have yet. A pretty peach shade - lovely!

Taylor Swift, Enchanted Wonderstruck | £19.99

Not much to say about this but I always have a little list of perfumes I want and remember them during Christmas/Birthday time just so I manage to get one! On my list right now is this one because I tried the sample and mm, I LOVE the scent of this! I'm not a hardcore Taylor fan but this perfume is lovely - I'll probably wait until Christmas though, haha..

How I'd Style.. A Basic Pair Of Denim Shorts!

Hello there girls, hope you've all had a good day, considering it's Monday!

Today I'm styling a simple, basic pair of denim shorts. Denim shorts are a staple in every girls wardrobe I would have thought - especially for me anyway!
I love denim shorts. I always have a few pairs of floral, coloured, aztec, high waisted, acid wash or basic denim ones in my wardrobe just because I can throw them on and accessorize. I feel like they're casual and good for walks, festivals, shopping - they're 100% great for summer. 

I also don't mind wearing them. I'm never really 'body conscious'. I'll never wear a crop top, bralet or hotpants but I feel like denim shorts are good to get away with in the summer months and they're a good change from the leggings!

This month many of you will be attending festivals I should think so I beared that in mind when styling these shorts. I think festivals are a brilliant way to wear shorts because there's no messing around and as I said before - they're casual.

I love these denim shorts from New Look because New Look always do a brilliant range of shorts every year - last year I saw the loveliest pair of aztec style ones but never managed to get them and every year they do some really nice high waisted ones with the brightest colours so this year I might purchase a few pairs! New Look shorts are also really inexpensive too and work for most body types. I really like Primark shorts aswell because last years patterned ones worked well on me seeing as I have a 'fuller' shape and I'm short. That's one thing I struggle with and one reason why you'll never see jeans in my wardrobe!

Moving on to the upper section of the outfit - the top - I really love this bralet from Topshop and I knew to go on their website straight away when I was searching for one because I knew they'd have a range of styles. I chose this one because of the floral design. I absolutely love florals in summer, with shorts and I think this bralet suited the floral pattern wonderfully! Because the shorts are acid wash (meaning they're lighter) I wanted to keep the outfit quite girly so I think a pretty style top suits well. 

I'm in love with the shoes, again, from New Look. I love the look of platform cork heels in the summer and I think these type shoes always go perfectly with this outfit. I really need to get my wardrobe summer ready and include these things but I never find the time!

I thought nude suited the acid wash and the florals quite well so I went with these shoes as first choice. 

For cosmetics and accessories I think you can wither play it down and use the top to be 'out there' or you can dress up and really accessorize with jewelerry but maybe keep the cosmetics on the minimal side. I wasn't tooooo sure what you girls would like so I decided to feature only one item for accessories which were these gorgeous Topshop earrings. I mentioned 'aztec' styles earlier and I think these earrings would go well with an aztec outfit. But, for this outfit they go really well too because I think they'd suit the festival theme and the colours of the earrings go well with the florals, too.

To match the shorts, I chose this Butter London nail polish..

Hello beauties! Another fashion post today, I really hope you don't mind them!

I'm styling a 'turtle neck' crop top today and I enjoyed styling this a lot. The top isn't something I'd wear personally but I know a LOT of you girls are wearing them a lot lately and I've seen celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Jessie J wear them often as staple pieces!

I don't really like them purely because I envy people that suit them and have the stomach for them! I, for one, do not...

I'm in LOVE with these trousers so so so much though and I've already added these to my next wishlist. They were £15 now they're £8 and I really love them. I'm going to attempt to buy them and take them home and style them and see how I suit them, just because I'm 4'11 and so I'm unsure as to whether they suit shorter legs.. 

This crop top is from New Look and is so much cheaper than other ones I've seen about on the internet. I was going to style a bright orange one (I still am!) from Topshop which was £10 - not so bad but you can get 3 crops from New Look for the price of one!! 

I decided to put this with a brighter pair of trousers and I thought the pattern of the trousers went really well with the top, seeing as the top is plain. I think you could style this top yourself even better by adding jewelerry and bangles and things like that. I love these trousers with the sandals and I think all the colours blend well and I like the metallic shade of the sandals. 

As you all know, for my outfit posts I love to add  a lipstick that I think suits. For this outfit, I think this beautiful shade from Loreal is perfect because it's a beautiful summer shade and ties in well with the trousers and gives the top a summer spruce up!

I love all these colours and I love the outfit. If you're afraid of crop tops because of your belly area, I think these trousers will give you a bit of comfort because they're not exactly high waisted but they're not so low either.

My Nail Polish Collection..

 Hello girls! Welcome to my Nail Polish Collection!
I've finally decided to do one, seeing as I'm a big nail polish collector and I really love painting my nails, even though they're not the longest!
I had no idea how to take pictures for this blog post because I know the pictures look a bit bad but I had no other way to picture them - at least the pictures are clear anyway!

I'm not going to review them all but I'll mention ones I use the most/like the most and which ones I'm not so keen on etc. I hope this blog post goes okay and I hope you all enjoy!

OPI Nail Polishes | These retail at £11 and I love OPI. These are the only two I've tried but so far so good. I really want more so I'm going to try and get some. I like the green one more than the purple, but they're both good polishes all in all. These two are from collections - Nicki Minaj & James Bond, Skyfall.

Barry M | Everyone loves a bit of Barry in their life, don't they? I do! I love these polishes and I use them a lot of the time. I've started collecting more recently and there are still many more shades that I really want. My favourite shades from my collection have to be mint green and berry ice cream. A new favorite of mine has to be 'spring green' because I love emerald colours. 

Rimmel Polishes | I much prefer the I love lasting finish ones! I love the colour range and the finish of them. They're so nice!

Kiko | I've never heard of this brand before I purchased these but I LOVE them! i bought these last summer at Westfield and for £2.50 I love them! I hardly wear these anymore but I'll be wearing them more now as we have sunny weather. Definately repurchasable and I'd love to get other shades!

LA Colours | I absolutely LOVE these polishes and for 98p they're so worth it! I always get these from Beautybase in Westfield and I always pick up a few when I go just because they have the hugest colour selection and they always set well. I absolutely love these and I love the shade Fiji purple for summer.

Chit Chat Glitters | The gold one is my fave! I love it so much and for £1 you wouldn't think it! Great colours and you can wear them gradient or all over the nail! Love, love, love.

NYC Polishes | I love these, too! They're really nice and I love the colour selection of these too. I really like Hi-Line-Green, and Lights-Camera-Glitter. Oh-Soho-Sweet is a very milky colour which is good for school or work. 

They're my top picks from my collection and ones that I love the most. My other polishes include Sally Hansen, MUA, Goldigga, Ciate etc. MUA are good polishes and really inexpensive - I hardly collect these but I think I'd like to. I'm not keen on Ciate polishes and I don't think I'd ever get anymore. 

I also have these nail art polishes that I do many designs with. I hardly seem to use these anymore but they're handy!

Review | Herbal Essences Hair Mask

Herbal Essences Hair Mask | Seductively Straight | £1/ RRP - £3.99 Superdrug

Today, everyone, I have a review!

I feel like I never do reviews on here. I don't, actually..

I normally say what I feel and think about products but I never seem to go in depth and say a huge review about a product. With this item, I'm going to because I feel like it could help some people and because I feel like it's a good product to review and to introduce for my first blog review.

I purchased this back in February and used it all by the middle of March. I didn't use it for every hair wash, I simply used it once or twice every 2 weeks when I was doing something the next day - not when I'm having a lazy day. I simply used it for occasions because I wanted to see how long it took for it to make my hair greasy and how well it styled my hair. If I'm having a 'day in' I wont do anything fancy with my hair so I couldn't put it to the test!

I saw this in Poundland near their haircare items and makeup bits. I always pop in there to see any branded items they may have seeing as they're always £1 and I always spot really good items in there. This caught my eye being in a pot and being Herbal Essences so I decided to buy it and try it out. I normally hate with a passion this brand and you're never going to see me purchase it in the supermarkets and you'll never see a bottle of their shampoo on my bathroom shelf - just because they use the worst ingredients and soon as they changed their packaging and Herbal Essences suddenly changed, I hated using their products - remember the days where everyone would think HE were a rubbish brand and noone would use them? I do! I used to always use the brand when the packaging was the old one and I used to love the things that the shampoos did for my hair but nowadays, so many bad things are written about the brand because of ingredients and just the way they make peoples hair.. especially mine!

So anyway, when I finally got round to using it, I simply used a 'palm size' amount. So i took a reasonable scoop, not too much, just enough. After I shampooed I applied 3/4 hand product to the ends of my hair and then the 1/4 remaining hand product to the upper sections of my hair - NOT the roots - the crown! I then used my hands to mix the product in and at this point I discovered the smell of the mask - it wasn't delightful and the smell wasn't the BEST thing about the mask but it was alright.. kind of fruity, I suppose. 

After about 5 minutes of letting it sink in and letting it do it's wonders, I took my shower head and washed it out. At this point I felt my hair feeling a lot more cleaner and silky smooth. Once I had rinsed it for around 5 minutes it felt like it washed out perfectly. I never really know when a product has been washed out properly so I seem to do it for ages because I used to have a 'filmy feel' on my crown a while back that I couldn't get rid of and I think it was to do with buildup..

So when I washed it all out, I towel dried my hair as normal and the smell remained in my hair and left it smelling quite nice. I blowdried my hair and realised that the product washed out really well and didn't leave me with residue (HE normally does), so if you're a worrier of buildup, you'll be okay with this product, just dont' use 24/7 because it won't help.

When dry I feel like it helped my hair a slight amount but didn't work amazingly well and I wouldn't ever class this as an intensive mask because my overall thought on it was a bit like a thick conditioner.. it didn't really feel like a mask and it didn't really feel like it changed my hair at all - it made it a bit more silky looking but made my hair incredibly greasy 12/15 hours later... which didn't do me any wonders at all with my greasy hair and normally it gets greasy around 1 1/2 day later so this didn't help!

I'm not too sure if I'd buy this again, I feel like the cons outweigh the goods on this product and the use of ingredients really does put me off slightly..

I hope you enjoyed this review and I hope that it helped some of you a little better if you were going to purchase this. It wasn't an extremely bad product and maybe some of you might have agreed with it and some of you may love it if you purchase but me personally - I don't think it liked my hair type!

NOTW | Beautiful Blue!

MUA Mystical Glitter Nails in the shade 'Mermaid'.

Hello everyone..
NOTW time today and I have a beautiful colour on! I absolutely love it!

It's a nail polish from MUA which I don't have many of and I never seem to feature on my blog! 

This is the only Glitter one I have or have tried from MUA and the first time I've used it - I got this all the way back at Christmas time and have never used it.

I love the shade and it's the perfect time to wear it seeing as it's sunny and we're in the summer season. 

I've never tried a glitter polish that is perfect for all over the nail. The glitters I have are like the NYC one featured in this post.. they're sparse glitters and add effects to the nails instead of using them as a polish. I absolutely love the way this applied and how it covered my whole nail in 1 coat. I wore this for a week too, without any chips. 

I added some 'Lights-Camera-Glitter' polish from NYC to add a gradient glitter effect to the nails. I love using this and it went perfect with the base colour. 

10/10 for these nail polishes and I'd definitely repurchase more of the MUA mystical ones!

Spring Makeup Look

Hiya everyone! 

I recently done this makeup look over on my Youtube channel and for those of you that haven't seen it - click here.

I really like the outcome of this look and I like how the colours go well together. I love pinks and greens in the spring and I really like how I've included my normal brown eye look into this but included a nice 'pop of colour' on the outer corners instead of a darker brown.

Face | For my face I used my everyday foundation which is the 'Match perfection' one from Rimmel. Like I've recently said, Rimmel foundations suit most people, me particularly and this one can be built up and loose powdered OR it can be left alone which works well if you like dewy skin. I used my typical loose powder for this look but instead of using it all over the face like I normally do, I applied it loosely and not pile it on! I gently applied it to the cheek area, so this time you can see a small glow whereas my everyday look doesn't have this, it will be more of a matte finish. 

Eyes | For my eyes I used the normal brown products that I use when I do a brown eye look. These are the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'on and bronze' and the first colour in the Sunkissed duo. I really like the light brown in the Sunkissed duo because I always apply it over the lid, crease and up to the brow. It's also not a matte colour but it isn't chalky at the same time - I really like it and surprised at how nice the colours are, considering it's not expensive. So I applied the brown colours as I normally would by using the Tattoo all over the lid, blending well and then applying the first colour of the Sunkissed duo all over my eye, ontop of the tattoo. I then used a 'Chit Chat' quad; these are from Poundland and I got them a while ago. They work incredibly well and I'm sure if you try these you'd be shocked at the pigment quality just as much as I was. I used the last green, the darker green, for this look and although this quad looks scary because it's a bit 'Pat Butcher' esque, once applied adnd blended they look ever so pretty. I applied the darker green in a V shape on my outer corner and blended well. I then used the mascara pictured for pretty, not heavy eyelashes and that's all I used! 

Lips | Lastly, for the lips, I applied the MUA Kissproof lipstain. I've not featured these on my blog so far but I got this one for Christmas and I've hardly used it. I decided to use it for this look and I really, really like them. I dont't have many lipstains but they're something I really like to use. I applied this one all over my lips and the colour was perfect & just what I wanted for this look. I then applied some gloss (defeats the object of a stain!) onto my lips to make them a bit more shimmery and that's the look done!

Like I said, I was so happy at how this turned out and the colours are gorgeous! I know we're well into May now but this would work for Summer too, so don't be afraid to use greens! Once you blend and apply them well I think they're the nicest colours to use and I think they have a bad reputation!

Face Of The Day

Hello everyone! This is my first Face Of The Day!

I usually do 'Get Ready With Me' videos on Youtube, but I can never fill that gap in for my blog, seeing as this isn't a video site! So I've recently decided to do FOTD's for my blog and I really love preparing them. 

Today's face used quite a few products and I need to apologise for not doing a 'full face' photo - I focused on the eyes and lips instead, ha! 

For my eyes I decided to do a different look instead of my basic brown colours, I love using orange on my eyes, most people don't but I feel like it works with my eye colour, I usually use brows anyway so orange is no different!

Face | For my face I love using the two foundations pictured. They're both Rimmel and I LOVE Rimmel foundations. They seem to get high marks from most people and they work for most people too. I also think they have a good shade range and they have a good range of finishes like matte, dewy etc. I used these two together to get a good finish and to get a good shade colour. They're both the same shade, really, but I liked to mix these to see the outcome that luckily went ok! I stippled the foundation on, as I normally do. I then used the Sunkissed bronzer which is only £1.99 - I absolutely love this and it's inexpensive and lasts a long, long time. It's not overly shimmery too, so you might want to try it out. I then finished everything face wise with my Natural Collection loose powder which I love, love, love!

Eyes | For my brows, I use hardly anything. I never do anything with them but something I've used recently is the W7 Brow Bar. 4 powdered shades that are inexpensive and easy to use. I used an angled brush and applied the left, bottom shade which suits me fine. ON my lid, I used the Maybelline Colour Tattoo which is really nice and I love the shade. I then used my 120 Pro Palette (which isn't MAC!) which is from Ebay and I applied the light brown shade all over my lid, over the Tattoo and up to my brow. Sadly, I use the palette all the time and it's going to feature on my blog a lot, but they don't have shade names so I'll name what MAC alternative there is, seeing as this palette resembles all the MAC shades. I then used the bright orange/coral colour in my outer corner and crease. I used a normal brush for this but then used a blending brush to 'blend out' the orange.. making it less bright and less harsh. These two eyeshadows are the same as 'Soba' and 'Orange'. I then used a basic, unbranded eyeliner to do my top lashes. I used this inside the top lash if you know what I mean, to do a simple line. I then used Maybelline gel liner on my bottom lashes for a small, simple line to elongate my eye shape a bit. For mascara, I used Collection 2000's XXL mascara which came out years ago, but I love it!

Lips | For my lips I used a Barry M glossy tube which I got out of 'Fabulous' magazine ages ago and in the shops it's GT4. I love this colour because it's quite brown, quite red but has no actual shade if you know what I mean? It's very different but I love it. I then mixed this with a bit of Rimmel's Coral In Gold lipstick which I love for the summer as it's not a matte orange it's very shimmery and glossy and moisturising. After, I applied some of Primark lipgloss which has an awful taste but I really like the shade. It's an orange gloss which looks scary, but it's pretty.

That's my makeup for today and I hope you like it! I'm going to do more of these 100% - they're really fun to do and hopefully I'll remember to carry on doing them and then I'll have a little collection of makeup looks through the days.

Hello everyone. 

It's a non beauty post today and I thought I would do a tag! I posted the video to this today so I thought I'd let my blog followers have a read, too!

It's the 13 personal questions tag and although they're not the nitty gritty nor personal, I thought it'd be a good tag to do - so I hope you enjoy!

1. What Do I Order From Starbucks? 

Nothing, I'm afraid! I don't drink coffee so I never bother with Starbucks.

2. What's one thing in my closet, that I can't live without?

A chiffon shirt. Inexpensive from Primark, range of designs to match up to skirts, leggings and jackets and they suit me well, I think. I love them!

3. One thing people don't know about me is;

I can't tie shoe laces or use a knife well. I'm so embarrassed by this but I just can't.. ahh, awkward!

4. One thing I want to do, before I die is;

Move to London/Live in London and have many holidays, be a makeup artist and own a makeup shop - more than one but I want to do many things!

5. One food I can't live without?

Noodles.. gr, so hard to give up!

6. One quote I live by?

Loads. the best one is 'don't regret something you once wanted' because I feel like we can all relate.

7. Like and dislike about the Blogging/YT community?

I like how we all love the same thing so we can all chat and most of the time there isn't much bitching or favouritism, well I haven't experienced that yet anyway! I hate the fact people pick out the bad things and never focus on the good and I hate the fact there's no pleasing people. So far, I haven't had a bad experience. 

8. No 1 song on my iPod/iTunes?

Armin Van Buuren's tune at the moment I'd have to say! It's been on non stop...

9. My style?

No style. I don't follow trends, I just pick out what I like and wear it. I'm not 'fashionable' at all - I just wear clothes haha!

I hate a lot of things to be honest, I can't quite think of one right now though.
