Luxury Wishlist #1

Untitled #603

MICHAEL KORS MK5827 ROSE GOLD WATCH £379
MICHAEL KORS SELMA LARGE TOTE BAG £315
MULBERRY BAYSWATER SOFT GRAINY BAG £1,100
DIORSKIN AIRFLASH FOUNDATION £33
YOLANDA LOUBOUTIN HEEL £545
YSL VOLUPTE LIPSTICK £23.50

Hello there gorgeous girlies!
Today's post is a wishlist one - not a normal one at that! I usually do my wishlists each month with things that I'll most likely buy in Boots or Superdrug but I've decided to do a Luxury wishlist for things I'm lusting over and will most likely stay in store!
Us girls always see things that we say 'I'll save for!' but we never do because we find dupes or we never actually save anyway... so here's a few of the things I'd love to own. Remember to comment below a few things you're lusting over at the moment, luxury or not!

Michael Kors Rose Gold 'MK5827' Watch | Last year, these were incredibly popular, I think they're a good investment because they can become an everyday staple but for the price there's no many beautiful watches out there that aren't designer but are equally lovely. I'd really like one of these but I'm going to look into a much cheaper alternative!

Michael Kors Selma Large Tote | I always seem to pass oher girls these days with an MK bag and they're a really trendy thing to own. I really like the look of this one as it would go with everything.

Mulberry Tan Bayswater | These are my ultimate 'lust over' bags. I'd love to own the real deal but I'm getting an Ebay dupe in the next few weeks.. yes, how glamorous!
I love the way these look and as I said above, these would definitely suit everything I wear. I think they're so overpriced at what they are though which is a shame but as I say, there are many dupes out there.

Diorskin Airflash Foundation | A much cheaper althernative to all the other things I've listed! This is a probable buy as I really like it and have been wearing my sample size over the last few weeks. I really like the style of a spray foundation and I love the coverage. For £30 it's not actually too bad!

Yolanda Louboutin | Louboutins are the ideal girly shoe! Every celebrity and their dog has them so I totally lust over Loubs! I love nude shades so I think these are perfect. Ideal wedding shoe!

YSL Volupe Lipstick | I've seen these lipsticks on so many blogs lately and I'm considering buying one in London when I go for the light switch on! What do you all think?

Monthly Wishlist | November

Untitled #602

COLOR SENSATIONAL VIVID LIPSTICK - MAYBELLINE
THE ERASER CONCEALER - MAYBELLINE
NATURAL NAIL POLISH - TOPSHOP
LOVERDOSE TATTOO PERFUME - DIESEL
BLACK RED POLISH - BARRY M
BIKER JACKET - RIVER ISLAND

Another month, another wishlist.
As usual, I'm going to be a typical bblogger and question the speed of the time. I seriously cannot believe it's November and I've been working since mid September. Where's time going, next month I'm 17 and I still feel like I'm 13!

As I have a job I've been noting many things down that I want, but I'm getting these all for Christmas so I won't be spending that much until the end of December. This month I was unsure of things to put on my wishlist, but as usual, I've come up with 6 odds and sods that I want to tell you about.

Color Sensational Vivid Lipsticks | Maybelline I saw these on Maybelline's website and I haven't actually seen them before so I really want to give them a go. They have a range of pinks and oranges which I love so I'll definitely pop them on my written wishlist and then tell you all what I think of them! I love brights so these are made for me.

The Eraser Concealer | Maybelline I haven't tried the foundation version of this but I'd like to try a few different concealers including this one. I'm very 50/50 on it because the rubber top looks a bit unhygienic but it's worth a try!

Topshop Nail Polish | Natural I want to try any Topshop makeup as I never have - I'm off to London on the 12th so I'm definitely picking some things up. Their nail polishes look good and the bottles are cute - this shade looks pretty so I'll hopefully pick it up in store.

Loverdose Tattoo Perfume | Diesel I bloody love this! I wear it everyday in work as I work at The Perfume Shop so we can use the sprays. I love the sweet scent of it which is made up of vanilla beans that makes the sweetness. This reminds me of Cher Lloyd's perfume or Fantasy by Britney.

Black Red Polish | Barry M I love the look of this christmassy red. It's a lovely autumn shade and even though I'm not into darks, I do like the look of this shade!

Biker Jacket | River Island I need a jacket asap but this year there's not many good ones in shops. I really like the look of this one and depending on what it looks like in person, I might just get it!

October Favourites

PRIMARK £1 LIPSTICK
KATE MOSS 107 LIPSTICK
NATURAL COLLECTION CHOCOLATE EYESHADOW
THE BODY SHOP WATERMELON LIPBALM
W7 EYELUST MASCARA

Hello there beautiful!
Today I'm doing my favourites for October. This seems to be my first favourites in ages.. but it's not because I'm *luckily* being consistent with these posts...why does it seem that way!?

As I've been at work I've been sticking to some of the same products so I don't mess up my routine and I know what works for each day BUT I have actually been trying and testing new things and finding new loves, so here goes!

Primark £1 Lipstick | I can only rave about this shade as I only have one. I'm not going into too much detail because I've already done a review which you can find if you wanted to have a read. I love this lipstick because it lasts all day and I mean, all day... it's smooth to apply and it's the perfect barbie pink. People always ask 'oo, what pink are you wearing?!' and it stays put, doesn't bleed and doesn't go too try when it settles during the day.

Kate Moss 107 | The pink 107, not the red one! I love this and I always mention it, I wear this and the Primark lippie together for work and they're a dream team! This doesn't last all day by itself but with the darker pink they're perfect together. I love the shade of this and I love how I always have it with me. Perfect.

Natural Collection Chocolate Eyeshadow | I always use this for work too. I use it with a nice line of black shadow for definition and a darker brown in my crease with this as a base. It's a lovely light shade and works well for everyday. Great for £2!

Body Shop Watermelon Lipbalm | I absolutely LOVE the scent of this. I love how I use it as a base for my punchy pink lipsticks and I love how it hydrates my lips as a base and on its own. The Body Shop always seem to do well - I love you!

W7 Eyelust Mascara | When I first bought this and saw the wand I thought it'd be really clumpy and not lengthening - if that makes sense but after using it for a while *and everyday for work!* I've come to realise that it's a brilliant mascara with everything I'm looking for in a mascara. It's clump free, lengthening and it defines my lashes perfectly.

NOTW | November Means Black

Hello there - Happy November!
Over October I've hardly posted and I know I've been saying this a lot but I do feel bad. Over the next week I'm going to schedule so many posts and get back to my every other day posting. My blog is my true love and you all mean a lot to me so I'm going to take more focus in my blog rather than abandon you all.

Today, I'm back with a NOTW post. I haven't done these since mid summer and I've decided to bring them back. These are posts that I really love doing and I was doing them so much that I thought I'd take a break through the summer and bring them back for winter.
Over the summer my nails grew so long (as you can see) and I stopped biting them and the skin around them. Sounds awful but shamefully, I'm back on the biting bandwagon again... my nails are now short and I'm in pain because the skin around my nails isn't in the best condition! I'm definitely going to have to stop because I think my nails and fingers look great in this post and I was happy with how they were at this point.

This weeks nail paint is from my bestloved LA colors. I love their brand, as you know, and I always feature them on my blog. I picked this colour up in the summer and I feel like now is totally the best time to apply it. I've never really worn black polishes before but I like this polish because it has a pretty shimmer to it, to make it look quite girly. I feel like this polish could look brilliant at a Christmas party with a nice dress or something.

I love the way this polish applies and removes. Most blacks take ages to remove and they leave a bit of staining whereas this black removes so well with 1 or 2 cotton balls.
I like the way this applies, it feels smooth on the nails and doesn't chip easy too.
I'll definitely be wearing this polish through the winter months.

NOTW | My First Sinful Colors Polish

Hello everyone, hope you're doing okay!
I'm back with my NOTW posts today, I haven't done them since August time so I've definitely been missing doing them, they're one of my favourite posts to do.

This week, I'm wearing my first Sinful color's polish. This is in 'Irish Green' and it's a beautiful shade. I wouldn't say it's suited towards the Winter, but it's a gorgeous green anyhow.

I love this polish and it's become a favourite straightaway  once I collect more of these polishes I'll definitely be giving them a thumbs up review.
This polish lasted me a week (I had to take it off, if I didn't take it off it would easily last me another 2/3 days!) and it didn't chip very much.
The colour is very sheer with one coat so you will need a few coats depending on how thick you want it.

I love this polish - have you ever used this shade?

How I'd Style | A Skirt In The Colder Weather

Untitled #601

NAIL PAINT - RED BLACK - BARRY M
SKIRT - NEW LOOK
TOP - NEWLOOK
BOOTS - NEWLOOK
EYESHADOW - LOREAL
EARRINGS - NEXT
LIPSTICK - RIMMEL

Hello everyone!
I'm back to fashion posting today and I've decided to style a skater skirt with an A/W twist. I'm definitely feeling the chill now but luckily I didn't get the effects of the storm in my part of the UK.. I'm hoping all you lovely lot are fine where you are too!

Even though the weather is chilly and it's jumper/coat weather, I've been fine wearing long tops and skater skirts with a jacket lately. Today, I've decided to style one so you can keep wearing one through the A/W too!

I love this skirt from New Look - it's very shimmery and sequinny (if that's a word!) so I thought I'd match it with a plain black top instead of overdoing things. I love long sleeve tops with skirts, I think this would look great over Christmas too if you're not into dresses.
Instead of flat, ballet type shoes, I liked the look of these heeled ankle boots. I think they're go well with the skirt and it's great that they're plain black.

Obviously with this outfit you can add tights *shudder*, ofcourse you'll need them! You could add a plain black jacket or a blazer too for extra layering.
For accessories, I love these earrings from Next that I've featured before on my blog. I think they'd look great with the outfit and not too OTT.
Obviously with black we need a traditional Kate 107 lippie so I've added one to the outfit and I think a nice brown smoky eye would look brilliant too!
For nail paint, this red/black gothic  Barry M shade looks great, I think I may purchase!

Ways To Treat Damaged Hair | Feat. John Frieda Full Repair

Hello there!
Tonight's post is on treating damaged hair. I hardly ever do haircare posts as my shampoos and conditioners really aren't extravagant!
I'm not the queen of haircare if I'm honest but the John Frieda team recently sent me some of their Full Repair range which I've actually really wanted to try lately.
I decided to do a post on treating damaged hair as this applies to myself.

There's so many ways to treat damaged hair - some work, some don't.
Over the years my love of GHD's has expanded and my love for washing my hair has too. I suffer with oily hair and lately, for work, I've been washing it everyday which is really bad...

I'm very lucky that the John Freida team sent me some of their Full Repair range, just so I could see if I could improve my hair in any way.
After using these I noticed that my hair seems slightly smoother and after straightening it looks more soft and sleek rather than show every split end off.
I find that these haircare items wash out very well and leave no residue. The conditioner applies so well to my hair and the shampoo lathers nicely, but doesn't weigh my hair down. I also love the fact they're big bottles and will last me a lengthy time.

Onto the hair oil..
I really love this. After washing my hair, I'll apply a little bit onto the ends of my hair so it's smooth for when I straighten. I'm wary when it comes to hair oils because I don't want them to make my hair look any more greasy and I don't want them to make my hair feel sticky or noticeably oily - this ticks all the boxes! It's a great oil that's lightweight and is unnoticeable  I'll definitely repurchase this as an all the time hair oil because it ticks all the boxes.

Quick Ways To Stop Damaging Your Hair -
-Stop washing your hair daily.
-Use shampoo's that contain no chemicals or less chemicals than your usual. I know Timotei do a good one which is all pure and natural.
-Use 'reconditioners' once or twice a week to retain the natural smoothness.
-Let your hair just dry instead of a blowdryer.
-Detangle hair with a wide tooth comb after washing.
-Cut hair once a month to refresh split ends.
-It's hard, but, stay away from the irons!

I hope this post was a little fun to read and slightly different for my blog. I'll keep you all updated with the Full Repair range!

Have you tried this range yet, what did you think?
If you haven't tried why not enter the John Freida Competition?:-) / See The Full Repair Range

*PR SAMPLE. All thoughts are 100% honest and even though they were sent to review, all thoughts are my own.

Autumn Beauty Products

Untitled #597

COLLECTION PRIVEE NUDE RANGE - LOREAL
BARRY M GELLY RANGE - BARRY M
SLEEK BLUSH - SUEDE - SLEEK
CREME PUFF LIPGLOSS - COLLECTION
SIMPLE MOISTURISER - SIMPLE
LOREAL PLEASURE ME RED LIPSTICK - LOREAL
B. GLOWING SHIMMER BLOCK - BRONZE 108
NICOLA ROBERTS EYESHADOW

Hello everyone - I hope you're doing okay.
Today's post is all about Autumn beauty. I really like Autumn colours and so I think Autumn beauty is perfect for me! I love oranges, browns, bronzes, reds, nudes....I also love the colours of all the trees when autumn arrives.

Collection Privee Range | Doutzen
At the moment I'm lusting over this range. I want the nail polishes and all the lippies, purely because I'm really into the nude colour palette - as you probably know, I've been mentioning it a lot..
I think this lipstick would be brilliant in the Autumn if you don't want a power pout with plums or reds. I think it'd look great with a jumper and boots, it's that sort of shade that I love.

Gelly Nail Paint
I still have to try the Gelly range but while I was browsing nail polishes for autumn, I fell in love with this one. I love deep purples for autumn, even though I prefer brights and the gelly range is a perfect way to settle into the darks!

Sleek Blush | Suede
As well as the Gelly range, I'm still yet to try anything Sleek. They look like an amazing brand to try with an amazing colour and product range so I thought I'd include one of their ever blogged about blushers. Suede seems like a beautiful colour for autumn as it's a beautiful brown.

Creme Puff
I love this colour and I'm a proud owner of a Miners one! I love the formula and they're not overly drying but in the winter you may need a little lipbalm as a base. I thought this shade would be lovely in autumn.

Simple Hydrating Moisturiser
I definitely need to look after my skin a bit more. In the autumn/winter I know many bloggers with sensitive skin start to get dry or start to see their skin change in the colder months so ofcourse I think this is a great addition to your skincare regime.

Loreal Pleasure Me Red Lippie
I really liked the look of this on Superdrug's website because it's a beautiful autumny red. It's not too ruby red and not too plum or brown - it's a beautiful dark red and I can imagine this looking beautiful in the nighttime too.

B Glowing Shimmer Block
This instantly made me get a notepad out and add to my wishlist! I love the colour of this and I love the multiple colours. I'm definately going to pick this up in store and I need to see reviews on it. You could use this in many ways such as contour, highlight or add definition. I can imagine this looking great on any skintone.

Dainty Doll Dark Brown Shadow
I own this one and it looks lovely in the crease or outer corners. You could even use it for brows if they were quite dark.
I like this colour and I'll definitely be using it for Autumn.

How I'd Style A Jumper | Autumn

Untitled #600
JUMPER - NEWLOOK
BOOTS - NEWLOOK
LIPSTICK - RIMMEL
POLISH - BARRY M
JEANS - TOPSHOP

Hi everyone, just a quick How I'd Style post which was meant to be up the other day.
It's a very autumnal post as I'm feeling the effects of Autumn. I picked up a winter coat today which you'll see soon and it's very needed - I feel like I'm coming down with something as I've not felt too good all day..meh!

Not really much to chat about in this post but I feel like we should all be collecting our A/W jumpers if we haven't already as they're obviously a great staple - I love a good knit! This jumper is from New Look and I thought it looked really casual for plain days.

I matched the jumper with these jeans as they're great for casual days too and ofcourse, we all love the odd ankle boot! I love these boots and I feel like you could slip them on with most things.
Lastly, we all know about Kate Moss 107 lippie and so I've included a quick punch of colour into this outfit with the classic which is 107! For nails we all need a berry shade in A/W and here it is - Gelly paint from Barry M!

Thoughts On | Rimmel Kate Lipsticks | My Collection

 Hello there gorgeous girlies!
So sorry tonight's post is quite late on. I usually schedule for 7.30pm UK time but tonight's post wasn't scheduled and I've been working all day so I just found time tonight to do my biggest passion and blog for you all!

If you remember a few months back, these used to fill my monthly wishlists. I always loved the idea of Kate's lippies and everyone blogs about them on a daily basis. I think Rimmel lipstick *and the brand altogether* have to be my favourites and if I'm looking or lusting over the idea of a new shade I will always walk over to Rimmel's stand for quality, value and inexpensive beauty buys purely because I know they work.

I haven't *unfortunately* tried all of the Kate brand just because I've been seeing how they work and how I like them first - now I truly know I love them I'll head down to Boots and pick up all the shades.
For tonight's post though I'll go through my small collection and explain my favourites - by the picture I'm sure you can tell which one I carry in my Mary Poppins bag....

Kate Lipstick | Black Bullet | Shade 05
I purchased 05 and 02 on the same day and found it hard to differentiate between the two. I actually thought they were the same shade - but no!
The black ones are the MATTE range so this lipstick is matte. With this lipstick I liked the pinky shade. I liked that it wasn't as bright as 02 and I liked that it was a shade that I don't actually own - it's quite different.
I was really excited to try this lippie as the colour is gorgeous and pinks are my favourite. When I applied it (without a balm) I did find it hard to push the lipstick onto my lips and apply - it did feel very drying and very matte. I do have to apply a balm under this because I feel like it wouldn't look right for work and I'd probably be a bit conscious! All in all though I do like this lipstick but the red bullet lipsticks are my favourite.

Kate Lipstick | Black Bullet | Shade 02
Same review as above, I really loved this shade because it's a fuschia pink and definately the pinks I go for. I don't have the smallest shape lips in the world so I really enjoy piling on the pink because I feel like they suit me best!:-)
I felt like this lipstick didn't 'fill in the lines' that well - I felt like it needed a lip brush to apply it, if not it didn't really look right? This one is very drying but I do love it; it's just not a lipstick you can throw on 5 minutes before you leave the house.

Kate Lipstick | Red Bullet | Shade 101
My absolute GO TO! You wouldn't believe how much I LOVE this lipstick. I've been using it every single day and it's the perfect one for work. It's so sleek and lovely and applies like a dream. It applies so smooth and it's kind of like you've applied some lip gloss over the top; that's how smooth it is. It doesn't sink into the cracks or the oops bits of your lips and it lasts quite long. I work on average 6 hours and it lasts all that time and only gets kind of dry 4 hours after. I really enjoy to put my MAC Minaj lippie as a base of this because then it really does last all day! I've enjoyed using this and I always carry it around with me as I know it suits everything I wear and my everyday smoky eye. As you can tell by the picture - the difference of usage and the different formulas.
I also find that the red bullet collection shades are more me and bright than the black bullet packaging - although I will try them all.
Rimmel..you've done it again.. I love you!

Kate Lipstick | Black Bullet | Shade 13
A different colour in my range is this bright orange. I have a few other oranges in my collection but they're not as vibrant. Same review as the other black range but I think this one blends a lot better. I think this is probably one I need to use more and I'll get back to you.

Review | Skinology Tea Tree Spot Stick

 Hello there lovely!
Today I'm blogging because I didn't yesterday. I've decided to do a bit of a review but it won't be an extra in depth review because I don't really have that much to say I simply have a quick things to clear up about this product.

Over the last two months, I've been using this. It's from the Skinology range at Wilko. Now, if you've been reading Little Miss Prada for a while and scan through past blog posts, you'll realise that I'm a user of Skinology and their face wash/cleanser. As I looked on the Skinology shelf I noticed that they do a 'spot stick' which I've noticed on ELF website before. I decided to pick it up and try!

I've basically ended the bottle now so I feel like I can actually tell you about my thoughts, how it works and how I got on with it.

What's the spot stick like?
As you can see, it's a glass, small ML'd rollerball bottle. You can see the liquid inside which I thought was good because sometimes, you can get things like this without the product showing whereas this bottle is good.
The spot stick actually comes in a small cardboard box but I stored this without.

Method?
It's really simple to use but I did have the initial thought of how to to actually use this effectively so it actually worked. I've tried many different ways of using this.
At first I rolled the rollerball gently on the area of spots - after time, I realised this may not be a good idea as the rollerball could get contaminated to create more spots - I think this is why I didn't find it as effective...
After time I decided to roll it on a cotton ball and dab the cotton ball into the spot.

Overall Thought
In my opinion, a waste of time. You might aswell look after your skin and cleanse. I didn't see any results in this and if there were any results it's probably because they went a little less red but I wouldn't say this contributed to removing a spot or cleaning a spot.
I don't think this rollerball is a good idea, maybe remove the rollerball and stock it like that so you can empty some onto a cotton ball and use like that.
I don't think this works very well and I won't be repurchasing. It seemed like a good product to try and for £1 you really can't go wrong. I'm glad I used it all - nothing was wasted.

What do you think of anti spot sticks?
Good results or no results?

Collective Haul

Hello there gorgeous!
Haul time again and today I have a few bits and bobs for you. These things haven't been picked up recently but they've been bought a few weeks back. I will have a haul soon with all the recent things I've bought but me with wages means a catch up!

Asda Skin System Cleanser
I bought this a while back because it was inexpensive and I wanted to try a few more skincare things. After using it for a while I'm not overly keen. It's a milk base which doesn't suit oily skin and so I feel that when I use it, it doesn't really remove makeup and make my skin feel smooth, fresh, awake and clean. Thumbs down...

Wilko Alcohol Base Cleanser - Tea Tree
Thumbs up! I love this cleanser. I always get it and I always alternate between the green Tea tree range and the blue normal range. I really like this and when I use it I can tell it works because my skin stings - this is a good thing though, I'm not allergic ahaha!

Wilko Tea Tree Face Wash
Same as above. When I'm in the bath this is great to remove all my makeup from the day or if it's a makeup free day it freshens my face up and makes me feel smooth and clean.

Tea Tree Spot Stick
I won't go into too much detail with this because I want to review it separate but lets just say i wouldn't buy again....

Sinful Colours Irish Green
My first SC! I've always taken a look to their inexpensive boots stand but I've just never made a purchase. I passed Poundland weeks back and came across a huge row of these so I bought this very gorgeous shade!

Rimmel Shout Out Loud
Beautiful colour - my reason for purchasing!

Rimmel Peppermint
Another gorgeous shade, probably more suited to Spring but I've been wearing it lately anyway.

Kate Lippies 13, 2, 5.
Beautiful pink/orange shades. I've been trying these all out lately so I'll let you know what I think separately. I love these shades.

Champagne Pink Fuzzy Jumper | Primark
Primark have a lot of these in store lately and I'm obviously going to get them all. I loved this colour and champagne pinks are lovely! This is a winter staple.

Brown Tassle Shorts
Very impulse buy.. these were £1 in Primark so I obviously had to get them. They've lovely and warm but I couldn't wear these now , people would call the local helpline...

Pink Peplum
I have a mint green one so I had to get this - £2 in Primark and it's a lovely top to pop on in S/S.

September Empties

Tonight's post is a well needed empties one!
I've not been doing empties for a while but they're starting to build up now so I have many products to chat about with you.

Baylis and Harding bath foam - I really loved using this and I've actually been out of this for a while but it's been in the bottom of my empties bag. I really like the scent of this and I have a few mini's of this to use up.
Elemis Face Scrub - Mixed thoughts of this, it's an okay scrub but pointless for the price. I didn't notice anything different to my £1 one so I'm not repurchasing. The smell was lovely, though.
Timotei Pure Shampoo I enjoyed using this and it worked well with my hair. I'd like to repurchase this but I'm trying other shampoo's at the moment.
Face wipes An everyday favourite to remove my makeup.
Derma V10 Cocoa Butter - Very strong scented, thick and moisturising and it's from Poundland! I'll repurchase because it's longlasting for a cheaper price tag.
Soap And Glory Heel Genius This is great, not sure if I'd purchase again but it lasted me a long time and it makes feet slightly smoother.
Just Bathe Bubble Bath I love the smell of this and it was a lovely gift set to receive. It's brilliant for bubbles because a little bit makes a lot!

September Favourites

Hello! Very quick favourites post for you today. I don't have many, just a few things to talk through!

Natural Collection Eyeshadow Duo I've been loving this recently and it's been good for work. I use the brown shade in my outer corners and for liner with an angled brush and I love the pale shade for an eyeshadow base and to highlight brows.

Rimmel Lash Accelerator Mascara I love this. I've also been using this everyday for work and it's amazing. Someone on twitter said this is a good Benefit dupe so there you go!
It evens out my lashes perfectly and is so lightweight to wear. Rimmel, I love you!

Chit Chat Juicy Lipstick Perfect moisturizing lipstick. It lasts quite long on the lips and is a lovely daytime shade. I have all shades of these - perfect for £1!
