Bath Collection | Whats In My Bath/Body Box?

Hey lovelies

I've been wanting to do a post like this for ages, and this has been waiting to be done in ages too! (If that made sense!). I posted my Youtube video up yesterday showing you my Bath/Body collection and I hope you all enjoyed! I always do matching blog posts to my Youtube videos so here is a few pictures of what I have in my collection.
Please note that the pictures were taken outside because the daylight is a bit non existent at the moment so this was an opportunity to get a few quick snaps, sorry if the photos are a bit bad but its the best I could do! I also froze my fingers off trying to do this so I hope its okay!

I wont go massively into detail about them giving full reviews but I will tell you what I like/dislike, if I would buy again and a rate out of 10. Ill also tell you a little bit about what i think but if you do want a review then please feel free to tweet or ask me questions on ask fm and ill happily reply and tell you when I'll be doing a review.

 Soap and Glory collection;
I really enjoy using soap and glory. I love the scent and I really like the way they stick to 'what it says on the tin'. Most of the things I've purchased are great and the prices are at a good level where you can buy some with 'pocket money' or if you've saved up to buy. I do actually have a video and blog post soon with my Soap and Glory best and worst, so I'll go into detail then, but as you can see by the photos, these are the Soap and Glory items I own so far, this will probably soon change as I need to get a bigger collection!
I like these, I would buy more S&G products again, rate out of 10 would have to be 10/10 or 9/10 on some products.

 Tesco 'Wake Up' Range
I own all of these, apart from 2 scents. I will pick up the other 2 scents when im next in store. I do like the scent of these shower gel's but I dont use them all the time. I've used each scent about twice and they're great for mornings or just as a 'go-to' quick fix product, but I wouldnt say they're a luxury item or something really enjoyable to use. I really do like them and the scents are really citrus, they're £1.10 and the 'Original source' ones are only £1 the last time I looked, so maybe I wouldnt buy them again and I would try Original source items.
I like them, I would try some more shower gels then come back to these another time, 8/10.

 Possibility range
I got these last Christmas as a stocking filler type present. I always wanted the 'Philosophy' range but they're just soooo expensive! They're like £26 for the exact same thing! Mum saw these in Savers and I got them at Christmas. I really like the Raspberry Pavlova one, its really scented and I still need to try the recipe out! The ginger snap cookie one really isnt scented so for £1 I would just get the red one and forget the brown color one.
I think theyre okayish, I would buy the red one again and I give it 7.5/10

Jergens Extra Moisture and Cellulite cream
I got these as a freebie offline. When I recieved them I was really made up just because they were full sized and I always saw them in Supermarkets and things, I actually wanted to see what they were like. I got them and I was sooooo dissapointed! They didnt do anything! I dont have any cellulite.. I dont think.. but the Extra Moisture one was completely useless! I dont quite know what the prices are so you might have to check that out online, but I think theyre £2.50/£3 +. I wouldnt waste my money!
I didnt like them, I wouldnt buy again, I give it 4/10.

Skinology face scrub and Face wash
Useless. Dont like the scrub and the face wash makes me sooo oily! Really dislike. These were £1 each from Wilko and I would NOT buy again. The scrub is overly gentle and if you have really bad blackheads this wouldnt do anything to help your skin out. Id rather save my £1 than waste it on products that dont do what they say.
Didnt like, Wouldnt buy again.. 4/10

 Baylis and Harding
I have these in the Mandarin scent and the Rasperry leaf scent. I really enjoyed using these, Im near to the end of the pink one and I've finished the yellow one, so you'll see an empties! exclusive!
These smell so lovely and foam up really nice aswell. They have different scents that arnt overpowering but they leave the scent on your skin after the bath/shower anyway.

Loved using these, its a shame they're nearly/are empty! Would buy again, if I find it! 10/10

So I hoped you enjoyed my mini reviews and my collection! I dont do any 'Collection' type posts or videos so it was fun to do this, although it took me centuries to get everything out and back in the box, lol! If you would like to see the 'Bath Box' I use and what i keep everything in, please visit here - ( Click me! ) -this picture I linked is NOT mine, I'm just using it as an example-.
The box cost me £60 a few years back, it came with some S&G items which made me want to start a collection!

Step-By-Step ; How I Did My Bath Bombs!

  1. Get all your things together. You need Sodium Bicarb, Cornstarch, Citric Acid, Glycerin,
  2. You need all your tools like a spoon and something to pack the mix into the mould.
  3. You then need to get coloring's and flavorings. I use blue and red which comes out pink
if you add a small amount. Using two colors you can make many colors 'cause they're basic.
  4. Use a picnic/plastic spoon or teaspoon.

  1. Use the spoon to determine the amount you add into your beaker.
  2. Add the sodium first.
  3. Im going on measurements to make one bath bomb, so, add 1 spoon
of the sodium, this will be enough. Its a very thick powder, a lot like flour.

  1. On top of the sodium in the same beaker, add the cornstarch (one spoon). This is the same  consistency of the sodium, but yellow not white.
  2. Use the spoon to mix together, the texture makes me cringe!
  3. This all blends together, but you wont see a reaction yet!

  1. Then, add 1 spoon of the citric acid.
  2. This is a crystal, hard, product but not a powder.
  3. Dont add too much, it will ruin it.
  4. Mix this all in.

  1. This is what it looks like!

  1. Then, add 5 drops of the glycerin!
  2. Only add 5 at the start because if its too mushy it wont set and
if its too hard it'll crumble..not as easy as it looks!

  1. Mix this all together, this is what it should look like if you
make it okay and how the instructions are set.

  1. Add flavorings and coloring's now.
  2. It will start to fizz as it mixes with the glycerin and powders.
  3. I love this color!

  1. This is a bit toooo mushy, i added a slight extra spoon of the citric acid.
  2. But, it may set ok.

  1. Add them to the moulds.
  2. It kept rising haha!
  3. You can use cookie cutters to mould them into shapes
if you dont have anything round like this.

  1. Mine kept rising and pouring out the moulds, yours wont!

  1. Makes a slight mess so use an empty space!
  2. This comes off easily though, dont worry!

  1. In the end, you will have something like this.
  2. Dont push or hold them too tight because they will crumble.
  3. If they do crumble, put them in a dish and they will work in the bath still.
  4. They smell really nice too, they work as a pretty gift!
I hope you enjoyed this and this was a response to my video on making them, because you might prefer reading instructions than watching them:)

Lots of love...

DIY: Mini Bath Bombs/Fizzers!

So today is the day I sort my sleep pattern out! Ive been sleeping at 7/8am every morning and waking up at 5pm.. its driving me mad and ive abandoned my blog/youtube because of it!
So today I thought "Hm, I want to do a few blog posts and a youtube video, what can I do?" Then, I remembered that I needed to show you how I make bath bombs/fizzers! I make these all the time and they make pretty gifts and they're sooooo easy to make! So I'll do a step-by-step guide on what I did, and explain how to make them and what I used.

  • Things You Need!
-Cornstarch.
-Glycerin
-Citric Acid.
-Sodium Bicarbonate.

  • How To Make!
-First, make sure you have a lot of room.
-Get yourself a beaker&teaspoon. These are all you need really. If you dont have a beaker, a spare container is perfect!
-Then, apply two spoons of everything, stir that and blend and then add 1 spoon of the citric acid and blend.
-After that, add 5 drops of the Glycerin..it should fizz!
-You want the mix to be pasty but not toooo thick.
-Then apply some coloring. Any color is up to you and any flavoring is up to you! Dont go mad, add a reasonable amount of drops because too much will change the consistency.
-Mix well!
-After, mix into a paste and add into a mould. Any round mould will do, unless you want shapes! A small cookie cutter could be good to use.
-Leave in a hot place for a while, or a nice room temp.
-Enjoy and watch them fizz in the bath!

London Haul!

Okay so as you all know I went to London last Saturday. I picked up quite a few beauty bits so im going to show you them now and the clothing tomorrow. Sorry if this post is extra long aha.

I bought quite a lot!

So first thing Im showing is this.. this is really lovely! I started collecting candles a while ago and stopped, shame because you can get some lovely ones for hardly any cost. I love decorating my room with pretty ones and as im swapping rooms nearer to Christmas or whatever, these type candles will really match in.

I bought it from Primark for just £1! Its a lovely medium size so good for the price.

I really like the packaging/jar. Its not tacky and looks really pretty and girly. It suits the title of Spring Blossom.

I really like the smell.. its quite strong but once it burns it might not be as strong as it smells out of the jar.

I picked up this pretty bracelet for £3.. I love it! Been looking for one, for ages.

I love the beads on it.. Its more pink in real life but I think the camera didnt pick it up.

The beads are so pretty and for £3 im made up! I think they did another color but I cant remember... check out Primark if you want one!

I picked up some pretty makeup bits that didnt cost a lot too!

Available in Poundland/Savers. Im not a cheap skate or whatever but I love a bargain. I saw on someones blog that these are available here and they're like a dupe of the 'Clinique Chubby Stick' Im going to review these more on another post anyway, so shh!

Autumn shades!

They're really smooth! Great for £1.

Looking forward to trying them out. Really pretty shades!

Finally bought it! Like the products above, I'll go into detail about this in another post but this is part of the haul so I'll show you. Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr.

Shade-On and on Bronze. I picked this shade up because you can build it up for day or night. Amazing for £5.

I picked up and Eyeliner from Beauty Base, only £1 so i thought I would try it as I love Beauty Base!

Not amazing packaging but I didnt really expect that.

Its really light but liquidy.. such a deep black.

Dont know about the applicator quality yet, I'll tell you soon!

I picked up these! £1 each from Beauty Base! Different shades..soso pretty.

Sassy Sparkle - Good for summer or winter nail effect.
Fiji Purple - good for winter as its a deep purple shade. Its got a hint of pink too.

Goddess- Such a pretty bronze color, big & small glitter particles and is great for autumn.
Shock- Good for summer and autumn as its a satsuma/mustard color. Never bought a shade like this before!

A different, but pretty range of colors. Ill have to add these to my 'Nails of the week' videos! Ill be painting them soon!

What ones your favourite?!

Last thing! I got these free in Westfield: Stratford as I was passing a Nivea stall near Forever21. So, anyone living there or visits there, remember to pass by! They seem good to try out!

Have you bought any of these recently?
Lots of love..

Tesco; Wake Up! Review

3 for £2!

This is so fruity!

A perfect summer smell!

Mmm! My favourite!
Omg! These are just a few of the best things Ive bought this summer! I lovelovelove these!
Im so easily pleased arnt I, haha.
These are from Tesco. £1 each or 3 for the price of 2. So I spend £2 on 3 of these and I didnt get the Mango&Coconut and the TeaTree&Mint, which I will get next time so I have the whole set.
These are lovely! I was strolling round the wet wipes section in Tesco and came across these, they're so lovely scented and perfect for a Summer freshen up!
My favourite one is the Lemon one. Purely because it reminds me of Fruit Polo's and just because its really fresh. I love them all but the Lime one is very exact to the Lemon but less strong and the Raspberry&Pomegranate one is very sickly and I wont use that as much.
Ive only tried the lemon one to judge them but its the right consistency and isnt too thick but its very fresh and lathers better than the orange&satsuma Superdrug one I got for cheaper. Im really into shower gels at the moment, so Im buying them all!
Out of the Superdrug one and these three.. these win my vote.. but I like them both all the same. Lovely and fruity.. mm!
Have you tried any?
Lots of love..

Superdrug Orange&Satsuma Shower Gel Review

the swatch of it. its very thick.

I like the lid...
I used this flannel, to apply.

Although it was 89p, the packaging is really nice.

Hey everyone! So I havent posted in a while (again) but, I always save my posts up to post in one so then you lot have a good read instead of doing one daily, I think its best to wait a while and post them whenever.
So, you all know I bought this last week at Stamford, I still need to do a YouTube video which im lagging on, but, its coming soon! Im trying haha.
This was 89p from Superdrug.I didnt expect it to be anything special or strong scented but woah, its great!
I love the lid, purely because it keeps it clean (although this doesnt work for me, im clumsy). It has a rubber tip where the gel will come out of, instead of directly out of the bottle.
I really like the color of it, it looks very strong scented just by looking at it.
I squirted the same amount on my hand at first onto a flannel, a damp one, and lathered it into my skin, I then added a lot more and rubbed it in. Its not amazingly thick and soapy on the skin, but you can smell it a little afterwards. Its not amazing but for 89p its better than some £2+ items!!
I really like it and would buy it again, maybe I just needed a better cloth and added more.. but I 100% recommend and would buy again! It looks like it would last long too.
Lots of love..
