Christmas/Birthday Haul

Haul time! You girls know how much I love haul on here so I've decided to do a Christmas 2013 one. I turned 17 on Boxing Day so I suppose these presents are combined with my birthday ones this year. I didn't get as many beauty bits because I did actually get an iPhone5s in gold and as ASUS tab aswell so I would rather my gadgets this year instead of beauty bits because I can pop out and buy the beauty bits now as I have a job.

My friend sent me some lovely Lush bits and bobs which I can't wait to use, my favourite boxes have to be the Snow Fairy ones and the Out Of This World one. I love the smell of Snow Fairy, yum!
I got some makeup goodies such as Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara which I've used quite a bit, I love it. I also received another Revlon Colorstay Foundation as I use this all the time.
I got some lovely beauty boxes such as the Maybelline and Loreal ones. I don't own any of the products inside so I can't wait to use them. I don't own any Loreal beauty bits so I'm looking forward to using the eye products inside.
I got some other bits like Montagne Jeunesse, Impulse and sleeprollers. A christmas wouldn't be a christmas without shower gels so I received vanilla and ice cream, Cranberry and cinnamon twist
Other bits include body shop, linen candles and a Kate Moss Nail Polish I won at work.
I also received the Yule Monty set from Soap and Glory.

COLLARLESS TRIP CROPPED BLAZER - £19.99

Hello girls! New year, new clothes has become my new motto..
Recently, I've been popping into New Look a lot after work and things to see what they have to offer.. I always like New Look clothes as they're always so affordable and they fit all girls of all ages/sizes. Soon as I get paid I pop on the website to eye up things I might purchase in store. As you can see I've clicked the 'NEW IN' tab recently and I've ended up with an 'End Of Winter Wishlist'....

I like the New In things in New Look at the moment, they seem to have some light, pastel colours but still keeping in the greys/whites and blacks. I'm loving trousers and blazers at the moment and New Look have some brilliant ones to offer. I can imagine styling the bottom pieces all together for different outfit ideas. I think the bodypiece and trousers would go quite well with the cardigan over the top if you were looking for an inside outfit... obviously body pieces are better for the summer but I could imagine styling this one if you were wearing it in a warmer place - totally not the UK right now!

What do you think of these new bits and pieces?

Quick Tips For New Bloggers

Hello girls! I hope you're all having a good start to the new year.
Today I've decided to do a short post on tips for new bloggers. I'm not a new blogger anymore - this year marks 2 years of blogging goodness and even though I've been here two years there's still so many more things I need to learn and achieve.
I'm not by any means a pro - this isn't a post saying things that I personally do but a post on things I might look for in a blog or just general tips for blog upkeep.
When I started blogging I had no idea what I was doing - I just started and learned from there.. I did take inspiration from other blogs and grew from there so I didn't necassarily 'copy' someone's blog, I just took a few hints and tips to make my blog into what it is today. I hope these small tips help anyone in their idea for a new year hobby.

Make sure you're 100% sure on a blog title I must admit, I started out with another name. In the end I wasn't happy with it so I did change it very early on into something more catchy and something that people would remember more - if you do think of a blog title and want to change it for whatever reason please make sure you're in the early stages of blogging or you do a post prior to changing so you know that people following your blog will be able to stay with you. Nothing worse than getting confused is there ladies!

Make sure you create a blog header/logo that is recognisable Same as above really, make sure you have something that is unique, maybe a bit eyecatching and well designed... I'm not a pro at web design or anything like that, my blog's still a bit of a mess but what I always make sure to do is use fonts that are fancy but readable... use a nice, big font and always remember to make it quite large.. nothing worse than squinting!

Keep to a simple blog theme I don't think there's anything worse than popping onto a blog that has really good content but there's so many colours used. Red font, green background, neon yellow pictures... it's eyecatching - yes! But in all the wrong ways. I always like to stick to soft, pastel colours such as my baby pink theme. On other people's blogs I have seen soft purples which look pretty or even soft blues.. do whatever works for you but there's no need for a multicolour blog!

Make sure photo's are clear This is such a basic one. I don't have the BEST pictures but I'd like to think you girls can see what I'm talking about. I don't have the biggest or best camera, even an iPhone would work if you set things out nice with a basic background.

Make sure you're unique YOUR blog is YOUR own creation - obviously do tags and favourites and the typical posts but every now and then think of original ideas that you can't find on other blogs... I'm sure this will attract more readers and find more people interested in your content.

Make your blog content easy to find Use search bars, use links, use prices, use navigation down the side, blog buttons etc... so many things can be used where people can find what they want to find on your blog. Nothing worse than scrolling ladies!

Use social media Share your blog with other people. Be proud, show it off! Use things like Bloglovin for extra readers, Twitter to keep everyone updated, Facebook if you wanted something extra, Beautylish to share your blog with other bloggers... there are so many things out there to keep everyone updated. My favourite has to be Twitter for the #bbloggers chat on Wednesdays/Sundays - of which I need to actually join again now as it's the new year!

There's many more but for now, I hope these help..
What things do you use to keep your blog updated?

Happy New Year... Welcome To 2014!

Happy New Year lovelies!
Isn't it crazy how a year changes everything? I thought I'd pop on here this evening and give you all a small update and bloggy bits.
I can't believe we're in 2014, for me, 2013 was a great year. I went into 2013 without any expectations and now, today, I'm in a much better place for doing so. I think so many people give themselves a hard time with resolutions and things they want to achieve etc but for me, I had no plans for 2013 I just wanted to sort things out and make sure I had a better year than 2012...I can happily say I managed it.
In 2012 I started up my blog and in 2013 I'd like to thing I've created a great place for my beauty bits. Obviously, it's still growing and I'm still bettering my blogging habits but everyday I feel like it improves a little bit more.
In 2012 I was suffering with anxiety, I wasn't happy and my confidence was at a 0.. in 2013 I achieved so many things - I got myself a job.. I decided I didn't want to be the person I was anymore and I managed to get the best job I could ask for at the moment! In my first week, I went to Bury St Edmunds to work which meant a solo train ride.. something as small as this gave me a great boost of confidence and has definitely set me up for the year ahead.

Now as 2013 is over I can happily say I've put the anxiety in the recycle bin and said goodbye.. just like everything, I do have to keep myself in good spirits and keep my head held high because it could come back at any time and I can easily get myself into the place I used to be but this coming year I know that I have good people around me and gradually, I'm making new friends every single day.

My 2013 was great. I managed to make many memories which I'll remember for many years to come - this coming year I have many things to look forward to but no expectations - I'll be training as a MUA in February and I'll be starting driving in the next coming weeks. I hope many trips to places will come around and ofcourse, I'd love to meet some of you lovely lot - I want to get involved with my blog alot more too, I've been ever so quiet since September I must admit. I'd love to go to some blog events too so hopefully that will happen. Who knows...maybe a holiday may be on the agenda?

I hope you've all had a fabulous Christmas, a brilliant NYE and New Years Day! I hope you all achieve the wonderful things you want to this year and take this from me... you need to treat everyday like it's your last rather than regret for weeks on end - we're not here forever so make memories while you can and remember to smile!

Happy New Year And All The Best For The Coming Year!

Fragrance Haul

Hello girls! I know I've been off the blogging bandwagon lately and all I can do is apologise... I will be doing an update in the new year for you so keep a look out for that.
As you can tell, I've been working really hard.... I've got a haul for you today and it's no ordinary haul - it's a fragrance haul with the items I won a few weeks back at work!

When I won all these fragrances I was so excited, I've been testing them all *the ladies ones, ofcourse* and so I'll be doing mini reviews for you soon telling you all what I think of them!

Euphoria | Calvin Klein | Starts at £35.50 for a 30ml
Euphoria by Calvin Klein was introduced in 2005 as a fun, enticing scent for women. The beautiful fragrance starts off with pomegranate, persimmon, and a lovely lush green accord. The heart then blends into a sensual lotus blossom, black orchid which then finishes off with amber, violet, cream and woods.

Prada Candy | Prada | Starts at £55.50 for a 50ml
An Eau de Parfum to reveal the explosive sensuality of the Prada Candy femininity.

212 VIP | Carolina Herrera | Starts at £32.99 for a 30ml
Being a true VIP is all about private rules. Do you really know what private means? 212 VIP invites you backstage of this exciting urban, exclusive, fun and young lifestyle...

Angel | Theirry Mugler | Starts at £26.99 for a 15ml
Angel, the first fragrance by Thierry Mugler, is a voluptuous Oriental Gourmand with a celestial top of bergamot and helional as pure and transparent as air; a delicious heart of fruit and honey, which evoke mouth-watering childhood memories; and a sensual, passionate base of vanilla, chocolate, caramel and patchouli. And it has stunning movie star looks too... A collection of truly beautiful bottles resembling dazzling stars cut from a night blue sky

La Petite Robe Noir | Guerlain | Starts at £35.50 for a 30ml
An absolutely essential and utterly irresistible perfumed creation.
The legendary 'heart-shaped' bottle has been boldly reinterpreted with a modern touch. Its crystalline transparency, fading from black to powdery pink, reveals the silhouette of the little black dress. Like the cut of a dress, my fragrance is shaped with all of Guerlains’ finesse.
Its simple signature enhances and romances several exceptional materials in a bold overdose. Black cherry blinks the first wink. It is illustrated by a clever blend that extends exquisite almond and delicious berries. The second wink takes place as rose enters the stage. Finally, the shadowy temptations of licorice and smoky black tea reveal more of me and lead to irresistible seduction. For the ultimate temptation, the entire creation is wrapped in Guerlinade.
Fresh, enigmatic and exhilarating… Mischievous and captivating… I am the warm spark beneath the sweetness. I am absolutely essential and utterly irresistible. I am the chic and very seductive, perfumed creation by Guerlain.

I also won a Smashbox primer, Givenchy Mascara and a Geurlain moisturiser and Euphoria lotion.
I won mens fragrances - Jean Paul Gaultier, Boss Bottled, David Beckham, Euphoria and Gentlemen only.

XO

A NYE Outfit Idea

Untitled #627

LIPS - TOPSHOP NEVADA
BLACK COURT SHOES - NEWLOOK
DRESS - NEWLOOK
BAG - EBAY *link!*

Hello girls! Today's post is a NYE outfit idea. I'm always indecisive about outfits at the best of times so a big occasion is no exception! For NYE I never normally do anything so it's been quite nice choosing an outfit for the occasion rather than selecting a onesie!

I think red and black is always classic and dressy. I love red, lace dresses as they suit most people and they're easy to style. Soon as I knew I was doing a NYE outfit I knew I wanted to keep to a red and black theme. The dress and shoes are quite dainty I find, simple for all shapes. I like how I've styled this cheaper Mulberry bag from Ebay as it's nice to style on the arm and great for all the bits and bobs you have with you on the night - especially a camera! The earrings are very 'Kate Mid esque' I find which came from the dress inspiration!
For makeup I'd add nude lips and black polish.

MUA Undressed Palette | Review

Happy Boxing Day beauties! For all of you that are back to your blog reading already because the distant family that have come down for the festive season are bugging you then I have just the post for you - an MUA review!
Today is my birthday so happy birthday to me - a small 17 haha! I worked for a bit today and I'll update you all what I got for my birthday etc in my haul, in the new year. For now...back to the MUA review!

As you know, a while back I picked up the Undressed palette. It's something I've always had my eye on consdering I've never tried an MUA shadow and this is a much better buy than the shadows themselves. At £1 an eyeshadow but only £4 for this palette, you're basically buying 12 eyeshadows for the price of 4.. amazing!
I was obviously a bit sceptical about MUA shadows because they're an inexpensive brand and sometimes eyeshadows from cheaper brands can be a bit chalky or non existent on the colour payoff. MUA eyeshadows are very impressive letting me create my everyday smoky eye with a perfect pigment.
These shadows blend well, they don't dropout that much so you're not left with shimmery cheeks AND you have all the shades you need in this palette to create an eye look on the go ... all day everyday. I find that these shadows apply very silky and the shimmery shades apply like a normal shadow, not a shadow dust.

With these shadows, the only con I find is that when these are newly purchased they don't apply very pigmented on the first few uses. When I first tried this out I was so disappointing and wondered what the hype was but what you have to do is use it a few times, make a bit of a shown usage in the pan and then they apply really well - I don't know why this is, but it's just something I've observed.

On another post I'm going to be doing a FOTD featuring an eye look from this palette. There are so many looks you can create with this palette and for the £4 price tag I'm definitely trying more of the MUA palettes in the near future. 5,6,7,10 have to be my favourite shades so far.

Ebay Wishlist #1

Untitled #607

REPLICA CELINE BAG // ROSE JUMPER // LIPSTICK HOLDER // TECHNIC // WARM PALETTE // EIFFEL TOWER NECKLACE

Hello everyone - welcome to my new series!
After weeks of scanning Ebay sellers and Ebay shops I've worked up lists of things that I want. I never really knew Ebay had SO many bargains and dupes of things that I've been saving for so I've decided to pop them on a blog post.

Celine Bag's have been so popular lately, I feel like they look great casual or dressy but unfortunately I can't buy a proper one so a replica it is! I spotted this on Ebay and thought it looked exactly the same anyway and the nude one is lovely.

Rose Jumper I first spotted this rose jumper on someone else's blog and it looked lovely so I really want one for myself.

Lipstick Holder I already have one of these but I need another as I'm forever hoarding lippies! They're really cheap and great for storing things.

Technic Polish I always see other bloggers talk about this one and I don't actually own a multicolor polish so this would look good with my other collection!

Warm Palette Love these type of colours and I love palettes like this that are good for everyday so I might make a purchase on this!

Eiffel Tower Necklace This is super cheap and I thought it'd look cute! Not seen anything like this in the shops either.

What Fragrances Am I Lusting For? | Scent Wishlist #1

Untitled #606
ELIE SAAB PERFUME - EAU TOILETTE SCENT
BURBERRY BODY
VERA WANG BE JEWELED
GUCCI PREMIERE
GUCCI RUSH
GUCCI GUILTY
Hello and welcome to the first of my fragrance series! As you may know, or not, I always mention how I work in the Perfume Shop and over the last few months my perfume knowledge and facts have improved to a better standard than what I started with. I must be honest, I always focused on makeup and beauty rather than perfumes - I would always be saying 'if I like it, I'll wear it' but now I smell different scents and I know other perfumes that smell similar, whether they're more pricey or not.

I thought it'd be a good idea to tell you all about the scents I've been smelling at work and which ones I really want to purchase - maybe this will give you a better idea of ones to get yourself or maybe a small insight into what scents are what! I really hope you enjoy my first post - remember to comment below and tell me what scents you're using at the moment!

Elie Saab, Le Parfum (Eau De Toilette) | As most of you may know, Eau De Toilette is cheaper because it's not as powerful and doesn't last as long. Most scents are the same but just come in two ranges (Parfum and Toilette) and some perfumes like Jimmy Choo, Lady Million and Elie Saab come in Parfum and Toilette but these smell different because they have a few different ingredients to make the perfume last longer than the toilette.
For this Elie Saab perfume I prefer the Toilette - it's lighter and I can smell a different ingredient to the Parfum which I think is a lot citrusy. I really like this and it's one that I've never really bothered to try before but I smelled it in Glamour magazine now I love it!

Radiant, voluptuous, addictive
The top note opens on a sun-kissed, radiant orange blossom, as an ode to light.
The middle note develops into a jasmine absolute, a legendary flower in perfumery, imparting voluptuousness and elegance to the fragrance. It combines with a pure, modern patchouli heart.
The base note unfolds into a cedar woody accord adding character and a lingering trail, while the honey rose envelops the composition in a beautifully addictive note...

Elie Saab perfume comes in a gift set for £55.50 / 50ml £48.50 / 30ml £33.50

Burberry Body EDP | I've only just started using this one too! It's very different to Elie Saab, although it's very girly and subtle. I don't like strong scents like Opium and Estee Lauder, I like musky, vanilla scents and Burberry Body is perfect for this. I love the bottle and the case, it's very simple yet something nice for your handbag. This comes in a parfum only and it's not strong at all - the only thing is it doesn't last very long even though it's an EDP.

Burberry Body is a feminine and effortlessly sensual fragrance with an eclectic combination of refined ingredients.
The scent has top notes of fresh green absinthe, illuminating elegant peach and refined freesia.
The floral bouquet of natural rose absolute and iris blends gently with subtle warm tones of sandalwood to form the heart notes.
Woody cashmeran, creamy vanilla, sensual amber and musk compose the base.

Burberry Body comes in a 35ml for £44.50 / 60ml £54.50

Be Jeweled Vera Wang EDP | I never thought I'd like this until a customer asked me to test it for them - I then realised it's a pleasant scent. It's not something on the top of my wishlist but it's a scent it'd most likely purchase if it went on an offer. I really like Vera Wang bottles, I've liked them ever since I was younger - they're as cute as Marc Jacobs! This scent is slightly strong when first sprayed but it does settle into a sweeter, lighter scent. I find it hard to define what things actually make this scent up though...

A radiant fruity floral that shines inside and out.

Be Jeweled comes in a 30ml for £33.50 / 50ml £44.50

Gucci Premiere EDP | I'd say this is a very grown up scent and probably one for the evenig time. I find this quite a woody, classy scent.. something that would last all night. It's very musky which I like but does contain some fruity notes.

Being the epitome of elegance and femininity, Gucci Première is a scent that truly complements the Gucci parfums portfolio. The fragrance bursts into life as the ultimate celebration of success.

Gucci Prem comes in a 30ml for £44.50 / 50ml for £63.50

Gucci Rush | This is such a different scent, to me it smells so unproffesionally of 'Red Bull'! I find that older AND younger ladies come in and ask for this so it's definitely an all round scent. I'd say it's an 100% fruity scent and contains things like Jasmine, Peach, Freesia and Vanilla.

A trip, a ride, a thrill, wickedly cool and temptingly addictive, Gucci Rush is an intoxicating, mysterious oriental floral. An addictive combination of California Gargenia, South African freesia and coriander seeds, Gucci Rush combines vanilla, java patchouli and bourbon vetiver to render you powerless to resist the temptation.

Gucci Rush 50ml is on sale at the moment for only £29.99

Gucci Guilty | I remember being instantly in love with this when I smelled a sample a few months back. The mens one is actually very nice too and very popular. This is definitely an oriental scent which is a little fruity. I like the bottle too, it's quite different and I think it's a good looking bottle for a dressing table!

Indulge yourself in moments of guilty pleasure, and feel the freedom of going slightly beyond social conventions, the thrill of staying in control while you're pushing your own boundaries.
A sensual and distinct scent for a woman that likes to express how unique and sexy she is.

Gucci Guilty starts at £39.50

The Christmas Tag

Do you prefer a real or synthetic tree?
I have a synthetic one but I'd love to have a real one next christmas maybe!

You're in a coffee shop, it's December, what do you order?
Nothing, I don't go to coffee shops! I'd love a festive drink though, I'd love to try one!

What's your favourite colour scheme for the tree?
We have some multicolor lights, purple and red baubles and some silver tinsel. My tree would consist of white/sparkly baubles and white lights.

Giving Or Receiving?
I detest when people say 'I hate receiving, it's all about giving' when really it's not.. I like both, I love selecting things for people and watch their faces light up and I also love receiving because it shows people also chose something for me AND I'm a cosmetic addict so the more the better, haha!

To Mince Pie or To Not?
Make them...YES! Eat them?... bleugh, no!

Traditional Christmas dinner?
Quorn peppered steak and vegetables!

Christmas Fashion?
Christmas day means the onesie! I've never gone out on xmas day or got dressed purely because it's always me, mum and dad and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Your Christmas Song?
I like them all! I can't choose!:(

Your Christmas Film?
None... I don't watch films!! But,  do like The Polar Express. It's the first Christmas film I watched so I love it.

Presents before or after Lunch?
Before! We don't have lunch we just have dinner and I open everything soon as I wake up!

A Pre Christmas Haul

Hello everyone! I'm back with a haul today and I've finally taken some time out to photograph some purchases. I keep saying this but I'm definitely slacking on the blogging front and I always seem to purchase things and then slack on a haul so as always, I apologise but my excuse HAS to be the lighting! I get home from work somedays at around 3pm and it's nearly dark and my room isn't the best for daylight so it's ever so difficult to the picture take - last year was simple when I had no schedule to live by!

This haul is exciting I suppose.. the last one of 2013 and it includes some best loved products from bloggers that I just NEEDED to buy! Most of these products I've actually tried already but I'll be reviewing them in a different post.

Face
Match Perfection Foundation Savers are excellent for Rimmel goodies, I picked this up for under £5 and I used this all  the time a few months back so I decided to repurchase. I've got a foundation collection going on at the moment so it's worthwhile making a repurchase but now as I'm using Fit Me I don't think I like this as much as I used to. The coverage is slightly less than Fit Me so I mix this in a bit with my current foundation.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer I couldn't find the Collection one so I quickly purchased this in London at midnight when the store was closing... I've used it a bit but I'll need to use it a bit more to tell you what I think. All in all I do think this is a better concealer than the MUA one.
Bourjois Bronzer I've said thousands of times I'm going to get this so I've caved in! The smell is sort of nice, bareable... I've used this a bit and it's a good bronzer but it just doesn't show up on my skin?! I've popped my brush on the bronzer so much to build it up but I just can't get it to show up!? I'm into controuring at the moment and my £1 2True bronzer works better than this... anyone had this problem!?
MUA Pro Base Fixing Mist I've never tried a fixing mist and for the price this was probably an impulse buy but I'll give it a go and tell you what I think!
Bourjois Bronzing Primer I saw this on someone's blog and it looked like a good thing to try. I've never tried one before so I'm waiting for new brushes to apply this with. I think I might have to practice with it first to get the finish I want.
Ebay Beauty Blender Dupe I picked this up on Ebay after seeing it everywhere! I use a brush for foundation but sometimes it doesn't look flawless and sometimes it does a bit streaky so I decided to purchase one of these for REALLY cheap! link
YSL Touche Eclat Highlighter I won this at work months ago and I've just received it! I seriously cannot wait to use it! My first ever YSL product!

Eyes
Scandaleyes Liner I love the thin applicator of this, I've been using this so much and love how it can be built up for a thick line or swiped over the eye simply for basic definition. I like how it isn't too pricey either - another good Rimmel product!
MUA Lash Boom Mascara I love this! Perfect applicator, very different and works with my lashes perfectly.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Lycra Mascara I love this mascara too, big wand but not clumpy on the lashes. It's a weightless mascara too which I love, I can wear it all day and it doesn't irritate my eyes.
Bourjois Colour Edition 24 hour Shadows I bought this when I went on my Bourjois spree - I decided I wanted to compare these with the Maybelline ones. I haven't tried it a lot so I'll keep you updated. I picked mine up in a light bronze shade.
The Body Shop Shadow Mon Cherry I never use purple shadows but I LOVE this blended into my crease with a little bit of bronze shadow to keep it natural! I love how I can add some colour to my everyday smokey eye and it looks so good. Definitely using this in a FOTD soon!
MUA Undressed Palette I've been using this everyday for my perfect eye look. I love using the shimmery bronzes for a festive smokey look - perfect palette in my opnion!

Lips
MUA Luxe Lip Laquer Funk I LOVE this shade! It doesn't bleed, doesn't smudge and it stays put ALL day at work even if I eat/drink! Definitely getting more shades as soon as I can - I love them.
Kate 01 Lipstick I love the Kate lippies and I was looking for 107 wine red but I couldn't find it so I decided to get this shade. It's very similar and looks great in the winter.
Topshop Nevada Lipstick Yep, hooked on Topshop lippies at the moment.. this is the third in my collection and it's something different in my complete lipstick collection - it's a pale, peachy nude which I have to have a play with first because I can sometimes look really 'not right' when I have pale lipsticks on so I need to have a play round then I'll report back!
Barry M Touch Of Magic Lippie Yep, I finally purchased this after many mentions! It's just a basic pink lipstick which is unique to everyone. It matches your PH balance to give you a unique pink. When I tried it on the other day it was a pretty hot pink.
Lush Bubblegum Lip scrub Such a novelty item but I'm copying the rest of the #bbloggers! I love the smell of this and it works quite well so I don't mind spending £5 for this because it's actually something that works in my collection.

Other
The Body Shop Cranberry Linen/Body Spray I wouldn't usually purchase something like this but because it's winter I love the scent so I've decided to 'Winter my room up a bit' with this spray.. I got it for half price so it's not a big purchase - I've been wearing it to work a lot too anyway!
The Body Shop Gingerbread Candle Oil I haven't use this yet but I definitely am through the Christmas period! I'm a little disappointed because it smells more of lemon than Gingerbread men but it's a nice scent so I'm happy with my bedroom purchase!
Yankee Candle Apple Spice Potpourri This smells so wintery which I love! It goes well with the cranberry spray! I bought a vanilla one which burns lovely but I used it before I pictured it... oopsie!
Snow Fairy Shower Gel A Christmas essential! This is the first year I've actually shopped at Lush for Christmas, I always forget to go in there but this year I definitely wanted Snow Fairy so I got the shower gel!
Lush Candy Mountain I've heard a few people mention this so when I saw it in store I decided to purchase as I loved the scent and the design was good so I need to use it!
Lush Think Pink My first ever Lush bath bomb has been repurchased 3 years later haha! I never shop in Lush but the first time I did this was the one. I love the flowers and the concept of the bath bomb so I've decided to give it another go!
Mango Shower Gel Not sure if I featured this in my last haul so I've popped it on this one just in case!
Cartier Inspired Bangle I saw this on Maria Fowler's insta page and I fell in love with it! I only paid £6 for mine - I think it's beautiful. I love the simplicity of it and I've been pairing mine with jumpers!

Tag | 40 Beauty Questions

Photo is from weheartit and although I personally edited it, if it belongs to you I'm willing to remove or give credit where due.
Hello!
Today I've decided to do a tag. I'm in a tag sort of mood and I don't really have any beauty related things to blog about.
I've decided to do '40 Beauty Questions' as I saw it on Youtube from ages ago so it's not really a new tag but it's something to keep me occupied for a while, ha!

SKINCARE |
Q How many times do you wash your face daily? I wash my face around 2 times a day. In the morning, when I wake up and before makeup and then at night, when I take my makeup off.
Q What skin type do you have? (dry, oily, combo) Definately oily. It's something you'll hear me moan about a lot. I'm so glad cleansers and matte powders exist!
Q What is your current facial wash? I'm actually using a Wilko exfoliating one. I need to get myself a new one but I'm searching about the shops for a good one at the moment! I've just finished my Elemis Peach one so I may have to purchase it again.
Q Do you exfoliate? Yeah, I do. I do it once every two days and my face feels a lot lighter and gets rid of all the unwanted oils.
Q What brand do you use? I use Elemis/wilko at the moment.
Q What moisturizer do you use? Again, Elemis! I use the day and the night one, two times a day.
Q Do you have freckles? I actually do! I never knew I did until the sun brought them out. They're not strong, at all, but I think they're really cute. I love them!
Q Do you use eye cream? Not really, no...
Q Do you or did you have acne prone skin? My skin's been really good to me. I've never suffered with acne, I get a few spots or whiteheads every now and then but they're managable. I'm lucky *touches wood*.
