What I Bought Today

Close up of the necklace.. so pretty..

It was reduced from £4.. to £2!

..Bought a cheeky flannel! Essentials and all that;-)!

I bought this new Charlie spray, I didnt know they had a new one!

What does it smell like?

Trying a new shampoo too! Garnier Fructis ran out!

Alberto Balsam swatch..

Orange/Satsuma swatch..

I reaaaalllyyy liked the lid of the shower gel!

Nail polish! cant go a day without purchasing!

OhSohoSweet...

Its a lovely nude, I have no shades like this..

Zofias been shopping!

Mmmm.. gorgeous!
So, thats a lot of photos!
I went to Stamford today, which is like 12 minutes away from me and they have a few shops there like Wilko, M&S, Superdrug, Savers, Boots etc so we just walk the dog there for the meadows and I had some money to spend so we walked up to the shops. Its only a small little place - google?! - but I enjoy it more than Peterborough.. where I live.
So ill guide you through what I bought and then later on when I use the things ill review them a little bit more.
  • Start off in the list order. I bought myself a necklace as I dont have many, I have more earrings than necklaces and I thought this was super pretty! Its a bronzy gold color and is on a thin chain. Its got some pretty hearts hanging off an O shape and these are all different patterns. This would go with pretty much everything and for £2 rather than £5 i thought it was a bargain! I got this from Superdrug!
  • I then bought a flannel, this is an essential because I needed a new one, they need changing every now and again! So this was about 33p from Wilko, I dont really mind about the cheap price tag, it does its job haha! I got this in a Fushia pink, its lovely & soft.
  • From Savers, for £1, I got the new Charlie spray, this is in 'Enchant' the bottle design drew me in and I think its really pretty with the pastel blue color. Ive sprayed this a little bit to smell it, but Ill do a separate review on this. Its in its normal bottle ml and says it contains 'honeysuckle, wild apple and coconut'.
  • I then got myself a new shampoo to try out seeing as my Garnier Fructis shampoo has run out, review here-  http://resterbellex.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/okay-so-this-is-bit-of-different-post-i.html - plus, I hate buildup so I love to change. This is Lychee & Coconut. Well, Ill review this in a new post but.. I have no idea what Lychee is, haha. I love coconut at the moment, so I bought this. £1 from Savers.
  • Everytime I go shopping/out I always pick up a nail polish! I have a reasonably large collection so I think a sortout is in order! This is another NYC nail polish, Ive never bothered with them before but I have 3 now and I love NYC! This is in OhSohoSweet and is a very plain nude color that ive been wanting for a while so for £2, you cant complain! Ill also review this soon!
So, I got quite a lot, I wonder if you've tried any of these?
Lots of love..

July Favourites

My July favourites, this months gone super fast!

The No7 primer swatch.

Great for the price..

The first left color..

..second one left - the last one..
Hello! ..again!
So this post is about my July favourites. I recorded this video and re-recorded this video on YouTube earlier in the week, so the video is done but I thought I would add a post to here telling you all my favourites too. I like to add to both.
My July faves consist of things I use in summer or have recently been using.
My summer faves consist of;

  • LA colors palette. This is from Beauty Base in Westfield-Shepards Bush. It was 98p I think, but dont take my word for it.. I got it a while back! As you can see from the swatches, its really pigmented and for near £1 people might look and think 'its cheap, its rubbish' but looking at the swatches, I hope its changed your mind because although its cheap, its still really good. I would use this a lot in the sunny/warm weather because its bronzy shades would really suit the sun and they're very shimmery so its a bonus. It come with an applicator which really pacts on the color. Then, using a blending brush, you could really achieve a nice summery, daytime, smoky look using light/dark bronzes.
  • My next fave is the Cats Eyes Colossal mascara from Maybelline. I love this and love the applicator. As I said on my YouTube video, it really curls the lashes without an eyelash curler (which Ive never used and never plan to). Its lasted a long while, had it since Christmas 2011. I think its great for the summer because it defines eyes and sets fast so its not liquid form when you're out and about. I love the packaging. I use this alot and its always applied on me so I would totally buy again.. I love all Maybelline mascaras. This was about £8.
  • No7 shine free primer is the next one. Im mixed opinioned on this because its good, keeps me matte for like 30 mins and then i get oily, I prefer to use loose powder now, but I might try using loose powder with this as I havent yet. I like this, thats why its in my faves but sometimes it can leave white lines if it not blended enough. This can happen when it dries on the face too. Id only get this again if I got the no7 vouchers, like how I purchased it before. Its good for summer as it should keep most people matt and not oily skinned. Its £11 to buy.
  • Next is Next's Just Pink lipbalm. Ive used half of this since Christmas 2012, an old friend got me it and I really like it. It came with the rollerball Just Pink perfume and it smells lovely. I dont know how much this is and should be in there winter time, unless they stock it all year. Its good to keep lips moist and is a good alternative to heavy lipstick or a thick lipgloss.
  • Ive already reviewed the So...? Brit spray before so, Im not really going to go on about it because its a bit boring to keep repeating. But, I love this because its good for out-and-about to keep fresh. Its also really fresh&fruity and i would buy it again! £1 from Boots, Tesco etc.
  • Garnier Fructis shampoo..mm! This is great. I got this a few weeks back and use it for every wash. It keeps my hair going until it gets oily (which is really fast, every other day) and it smells a bit plain..like apples.. but its really good and keeps hair shiny so Im not moaning about the smell! It didnt make my hair glossy or anything but it did make straightening easy, seeing as this takes a while.. Id probably buy this again, after a few weeks. (I dont like buildup!)
  • Last one.. best till last! I love this! If I didnt like saving things and keeping things for ages, this would be gone within 2 weeks! Its amazing, the smells amazing, the consistency is amazing.. just.. amazing! Beauty Base is where I got it, I think it was 98p and I said this on Youtube but looking back, I think it was £1.75.. I really cant remember. But, under running water it foams up so fast and you can smell it really well too. Its good as a shower gel or just to apply to skin in the bath. You can smell it afterwards on your skin too, I just LOVE the coconut smell of it! Definately going to buy this again. (Daaaaaad! *angel face*)
So yeah, they're my July favourites and I cant believe how fast this year is going. Only seems like last month it was snowing and I was getting the Christmas tree ready! I feel so old haha!
What things did you like in July?! Post below if you like, id love to know!
Lots of love..

MUA Mini Haul!

Products with their applicators.
swatches. L-R..
MUA lipstick in shade13 £1,
MUA nail polish in shade 16, £1.
MUA eyeliner in shade 5, £1.
MUA lipgloss in shade 3, £1.

The products  I bought.

Hello! So, I know my blog looks a little different with layout and stuff and how pictures are set out, this is because im just changing it about a bit, I think this looks a bit better than how pictures were cluttered together before, so bare with me!
Ive not posted in a while, simply because there wasnt much to post about, but, I have been on YouTube a lot so, Ill be posting a lot more on here soon.. I just havent been shopping!
But, Ive got a little haul for you, just an MUA one!
So I had £4 to spend, I got a little bit of money off dad, just because I helped him do something haha!
I thought 'Ill get something worth it from MUA!' as I always know if i have £1+ of spare cash, its always nice to get quality and to get something to add to the collection.
I bought these shown above which are all £1 and include;
MUA lipstick in shade13 £1,
MUA nail polish in shade 16, £1.
MUA eyeliner in shade 5, £1.
MUA lipgloss in shade 3, £1

My favourite thing that I bought is them all! But I especially LOVE the lipstick! Ive been looking for a shade like this for aaaages and I didnt know MUA did a nice shade like this because on the internet its a dark red?! So go in store to look and not online!!
Its a lot like a MAC shade I wanted & saw but didnt want to pay the £14 price tag.. so Ive saved £13 by just waiting to go into Superdrug. I really think MUA are worth the money and exactly like top brands.
Anyway, moving on to explain.
Starting off with the lipgloss; I think this is a great product for £1. Its great just to have some shimmer on the lips. I dont think its mega pigmented or a big burst of color but, you can tell you have a nice shade on the lips. Ever used glossy tubes lipgloss? Ones that squeeze out of the tube without an applicator? Well its a little like that, because the glossy tubes I have are very shimmery and very transparent. Im not overly keen about the smell, its sickly and vanilla smelling. Some of you might love this and think 'mmmm!' personally I dont like vanilla scent but you might so thats a personal opinion! Overall though, I would buy other shades (the other 5) which only comes to £6.. amazing in my opinion!
Moving on to the eyeliner; Not much to say about this really! But, I think its a well designed product. Youv might read this and think 'what? its just an eyeliner:s?' but the applicator is amazing! Ive always been used to a thick liquid eyeliner brush that dries out easily and doesnt really look nice. This is such a dark black and looks pigmented on, normally eyeliner goes dry on me and goes a grey color, but I love this and the applicator is lovely and thin and I tried doing a winged look for the first time and successfully done it, just because the applicator is perfect! Definately buy this again, maybe in another color to!? (just not the green!)
Next one; The nail polish. 3 words.. oh my god. I LOVE this! I have 3 other MUA nail polishes (all the £1 ones) and ive liked them, they're pretty but this one.. I want 50 of them hahaha! * exaggerates*. Purely because the color is to die for and its so barbie/pink/girly/bubblegum and with a clear coat looks amazing and so shiny.. mum also has this on and she loves it, we've been looking for a shade like this for ages, during the summer, and we finally found it and she loves it saying it suits long/short nails for any outfit. I agree with this! And, looks good for the sun! I added a bit of glitter on a white nail polish (as you can see) on my ring finger.. the white and the pink go sooo well! Seriously, £1, i recommend you to buy this!
Everything that I bought, I would 100% buy again! For £4.. how can you go wrong?
I hope you like new layout of photos and stuff, I think it looks neater so yeah..
And, I hope you enjoyed this post too!
Lots of love..

Ways to have Eyemakeup in the Summer.

Ways to have Eyemakeup in the Summer.

Okay so I was scanning about on Polyvore again, I havent been on in ages and I love creating things that match on there, you can follow me here - http://zofiatamzinx.polyvore.com/ and I do follow back and stuff.
So, I thought I would just do a little post on ways that you could do summer eye makeup. I love summer for all the greens, blues, yellow's, bright colors etc to be worn. Greens/blues suit my eyes/skin color if they're worn in the right ways. So, im just going to go through the best/worst things to do with eye makeup in the summer! I hope you enjoy this post as, I havent posted in a few days.
  • Dont opt for big eyes, big lips. You can wear your makeup in any way you want but one of the rules I hate seeing girls do is have big, drama filled lips and their eyes are shimmery, glittery and really highlighted. It takes away the definition of your face and looks really overdone. I make this mistake a lot, I admit.. but if you like following beauty rules, follow this one especially!
  • Next one, I think that you should add some dark navys and some blacks but, dont overdo it..  its summer so be bold&bright not bold&dark. I have the odd dark color added into my eyes for definition, but not dark eye makeup like black eyeshadow for a really charcoal/smoky look.
  • Its nice to have a bit of shimmer. I dont like having a really glittery face but having a bit of dazzle dust or something added to your lid/crease can look really pretty in the summer, Im starting to like shimmery shadows, if they're not overdone.
  • So moving on.. simple.. dont over do it! Ive said this in the past 3, its a big rule. Summer is all about fun colors, fun looks and things but having big blue eyemakeup and silvery glittery eyeliner really doesnt define your looks and make you stand out for good reasons.. If you're going for blue eyes then go for it, just make sure the right shade of blue matches hair/skin and eye color and the rest of the makeup you're going for!
  • Golds and silvers can be really nice for the eyes, light silvers of course, its summer! I suggest wearing silvers and golds with a nice winged eyeliner or something for the evening, daytime might look a little dark, but really it is up to you!
  • So, they're just a few little hints&tips I use.. I am NOT a pro like I say a lot but my blog is all about what I like to use and I hope it helps you.

Sunday 29 July 2012

I thought I would update you on the Makeup I wore for London. I applied a bit of everything I suppose! So I just thought I would show you.
So, thats the eye makeup i used from my 120 MAC Palette. My dress was greenish so I thought these were pretty. I applied my gel liner from Maybelline and my colossal mascara from Maybelline too. For my top lashes I applied Barry M Wink pen.
I used my Rimmel 8hour lasting foundation and Natural Collection Loose Powder in Neutral.
As you can tell, all the rest is in the pictures!

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream Review

Before we start.. sorry for the no makeupness! I just really wanted to share my love for this, so I needed a picture of it on the skin.
I got this as a free sample here - http://www.maybelline.co.uk/bbsample# everyone gets one, you just have to sign up.. no registration required, just enter your details.
You get 3 reasonable size sachets and these contain the perfect size amount.. some for the next day too! Depends how many you need. They come in 'Light' but, this shade is perfect for most people.. its very yellow undertoned.
I applied it on and at first it seemed like in the sachet was too much but once you blend it in and properly work it into the skin, it goes on well.
Its very liquidy at first and feels like it would make skin oily/greasy.. it lasted the whole day without me going oily (loose powder was added to the top to set it) and it was fairly light on the skin even though I had loose powder added. I probably will buy this from shops even though the product is quite small and its fairly pricey for what it is.
I was impressed by this!

Last post of today!
Today, This morning, for mum, I did her makeup for work.
Mum likes grey/brown eye makeup, so I thought I would go for a nice shimmery grey.
I used the first color, 6th color, 7,8, and 9th color in the palette. Shimmery grey, light grey, shimmery light grey and a black. I done this using my MAC Pro Palette which I adore.
I applied the white color all over the lid, using a fluff brush ( in the picture ). I then used a blending brush to blend all the white in so it wasnt so thick and bold. I then got a light grey and applied the over the white. After, I used a dark shimmery grey in the outer corner of the eye, going outward to make a little flick. This makes the eyes appear bigger. After this I used the black and went over the top of the outer corner section to make it darker. I then used a blending brush to go over the dark grey, making it a smoother looking shade instead of a big blob. I then used Colossal Cats Eye mascara from Maybelline to create the defined eyelashes.
Just a simple look!

So the other day I finally used my 120 Pro Palette which im in LOVE with and have had it a while but haven't really used it for anything.
I really liked the way I did my eyes, so I thought I would show you all.
I used a shimmery brown to cover the lid, crease and up to the brow and slightly outwards. I then got a blending brush and blended this in so it didnt look so harsh. I then applied a matte light brown to the inner corner of my eye, to the middle of my lid, applying this with a fluff brush, which slightly blends it, but doesnt get rid of the pigmentation. After this, I applied the bright coral color, using a blending brush, because I didnt want it strong, I wanted a light coral, but strong at the same time if this makes sence.
I then used my Barry M wink eyeliner pen for definition and used a pencil eyeliner on my bottom waterline for an outline, I then slghtly smuded it so it faded. I used Natural Collection black mascara and away we go.. Just a simple look!

Thursday 19 July 2012

So, I haven't posted in a while, been really busy but my first post to show you is my lips from last week. I took these with Instagram and really liked them so I thought id share!

Wednesday 4 July 2012

Last on the makeup that I bought and the first thing from Primark to show you.
False lashes! I dont use these often but I thought I would get myself a pair, as, these were £1 and I really liked them. They looked very natural!
They're actually very gluey when you first take them off the plastic, didnt expect this, I expected them to be very.. rubbish? But no, they're good!
I havent put them both on, I tried one of quickly and they actually look really pretty. Ill post a picture when I apply them.. probably Saturday.
They also had a thicker pair, very black, but they're for next time!
Lots of Love, Zofia xxx
Now, moving on to what I bought from London.
First, Ill post the makeup bits&bobs.
The first thing is this. The LA Color Baked Eyeshadow quad. This was £2.99 from Beauty Base  in Westfields. As you can hopefully tell my the swatches, this is amazing! Its so pigmented and I think it will go on really well, I havent applied it yet.
From top L-R and on my hand, R-L.

  • A light grey color with a white marble effect. I like this because its light & shimmery and would look nice for daytime. You can also create a two toned look with this because of the 2-in-1 color.
  • Next one is a sorbet/candy pink. I really like this because its a light, girly, shimmery pink. It looked very light like it wouldnt go on, but, its actually very pigmented. Good for daytime!
  • The third one along is a lighter grey. It looks like a blue/grey but, its just really light.
  • The last one is my favourite grey of the quad. Its quite dark, but, shimmery and has a really nice effect to it.
These look like they would blend well and could be used all in one. I really like the cheapness, but quality. Beauty base is amazing anyway! http://www.beautybase.com/
I went to London last weekend, and, this is the makeup I wore.
For my face, I added Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation in 100 Ivory. This is £6.99. I used my Natural Collection Loose Powder £1.98 to set the foundation and to make it matte, I have oily skin. I then added bronzer, Chit Chat, £1. This is a mosaic, I love this! Its handy for your makeup  bag too.
For my eyes, I applied Primark Dazzle Dust. This was 4 dazzle dusts for £1. These are AMAZING! They're so pigmented and are so shimmery, I love! I appied this as a base, this is the lighter color of the set. I then added MUA Brown Dazzle Dust, I dont know the shade but it will be obvious when you purchase it.. £1. I applied this in my crease and outer eye, so its light-dark. I then got my Maybelline Gel Eyeliner - £7 to line my eyes, I love this.. its an everyday favorite. It doesnt last all day on my bottom waterline, but lasts all day on my eyelid which i need most anyway.
For my mascara I used Models Own mascara in Black, which, I got free with Fabulous. After, I used Maybelline Colossal Cats Eye £5.99. I love the wand of this because it fans my eyelashes out perfectly.
For my lips I then used MUA shade 5 lipstick £1. This is more like a lipbalm or something because its unpigmented and very glossy and shimmery. Its good for on the go, but, because its not pigmented, I added Barry M glossy tubes in Light Pink color which I got free in BUZZ, over the top.. perfect look!
If you would like a tutorial, you know where to message.

Friday 29 June 2012

If you watch my YouTube videos, you will know that last Wednesday/Thursday, I went shopping. I didnt get LOADS, I just got a few little sale things, and things I liked.
I thought I'd share them all with you, seeing as I did on my YouTube.
I lost one of the things when I took this - a Nude color vest top - I have now found it, so I will post a picture tomorrow.
So, in picture 1, you can see all the products I bought, the NYC Nail Polish & Eyebrow Pencil you already know so I wont review them again, its just boring.
Picture 2 being the price tags, thought this would look good on the picture so I added them in, nothing special.
Picture 3 being, the Bangle I got. I love this! Its quite different to the Bangles or Bracelets I already have, so I picked this up from New Look on a sale shelf. I thought it would be more than £0.50p on the sale, but it wasnt, 50p for sure! I love the design, the fact its Duck Egg Blue/ Pastel Blue, with a gold, brassy type color patterned on. Its not a small, detailed pattern, just a swirly shape all round. Inside is a brassy gold shade, no pattern here. It fits well and goes well with the skirt.
Picture 4, as I just mentioned, the skirt. I actually love this, in the picture it doesnt look very good, but, skirts are really in trend at the minute. This is a  chiffon type material, if you know what chiffon is, its like them very loose shirts that are in trend at the minute. Its very thin and loose for hot weather, it has an elastic waist so it fits me perfectly. Its a polka dot pattern as you can see. It caught my eye in New Look and was £14.99. It goes well with the vest I got and a nude blazer that I have. Ill be wearing this for London!
Picture 5, you should know if you read/watched my review of them, if not - http://www.youtube.com/user/littlemisspradaxo.
Picture 6, I love these! So, so different to what I usually wear or buy. These are actually so light its unbelievable! I thought they would be very heavy, but they're not. They have a beaded type design to them and are a gold & black & white color. I think they'd go with a maxi dress of the same shade and would look nice for summer too. Not much to say on these, I havent tried them on! £0.50p.
Picture 7, I LOVE these so much! So different to what I usually buy too. They're a gold color (I see a theme?!) with a little diamante in the center. I think they're floral design, I dont actually know. They're really heavy but look so pretty in and would go well with the skirt. Perfect for summer aswell, which is good if the sun decides to say hello! Amazing for £0.50p!
Hope you all enjoyed this mini haul, im sure i'll have a lot more goodies to haul on Monday, after London, too!

Okay so about.. 2 weeks ago I did this look.
I wasnt going out or anything, just sampling some makeup I have that I didnt even know I had! ..sorting out!
I want to just tell you, if you like this, how I created them.
'Red Lipliner Lips'.
I saw this on a YouTube video before.. about two years ago. I was looking through my makeup and spotted a red lipliner I havent used in AGES and it created this look well.
So, instead of going on, Ill explain how it was created. I might even do a YouTube video on this too.. maybe.

  • I got my red lipliner (Just a plain red, nothing dark, nothing pale), and pouted my lips so the Cupids Bow was even more visible. I have very 'pouty' lips anyway, as you can see, Im not even pouting here, this is just the natural shape of my lips. I made the cupids bow more visible and lined my lips with the lipliner.
  • Try and do the line quite thick, this is what I did.
  • Then, you'll start to see a red outline with your normal lip.
  • After this, get a lipstick in the same sort of shade as your lipliner. This COULD be a little lighter than your lipstick, nothing darker though because you do need them to match.
  • After you have found a color nice enough, fill your lips in with this shade.
  • Coat your lips a lot, so do a lot of applying.
  • You might want to find a lipstick that is light and not really matte, MAC/Rimmel ones will be good for this.
  • The reason for this is, you're adding a lot of gloss on the top too..
  • Once you have filled your lips in, they will look like the first picture.
  • To get it like the second picture, which is what im trying to show, is to find a lipgloss a little darker than your lipstick that you just applied.
  • Apply the gloss and there we go..
  • You SHOULD have a result like this! Just remember, all lip shapes are different so if you have very small lips, you wont have this exact pout look, but they will be a glossy red!
  • Its so simple, hope you all enjoyed this!
(I will be doing a YouTube video on this, on Monday, so I will tell you what products I used then)

DISCLAIMER: THESE PICTURES ARE NOT MINE AND HAVE BEEN SAVED FROM https://www.facebook.com/MUAmakeupacademy.

I saw these get posted on the MUA Facebook Page earlier this afternoon and fell in love straight away! They're in stores from July 3rd and will be £3 each. I already know which ones ill be purchasing.. them all!
I like the darker colors a lot more, but, Tribe will be good for a vibrant look and is a different edition to the gel eyeliner range.
I have a few Gel Eyeliners and I love them! Underground will be a more used Eyeliner, for me, because I like the original black look more than using a colored eyeliner.
Fairgorund & On Move will be good Eyeliners for smoky eyes and for a light daytime look or added more for a strong nighttime look.
I like the packaging too, simple and basic and looks a little like a liquid eyeliner.
I dont know where the brush is stored, because I dont have this product yet, but, I think its stored  where the top part comes off to see the eyeliner.
I think for £3 you do get a lot of product so.. yeah I cant wait to try this product!

Thursday 21 June 2012

So, as you know, I was out yesterday and I went into Town. I havent been to Town in a while so I thought it would be good to meet Mum from work and have a look. I went to Superdrug and needed a new eyebrow pencil so I thought I would get something from MUA as I love their products. This is called 'Blonde' But I actually think its a light brown. I dont like my eyebrows to look really heavy and dark anyway, so this is the perfect color. Its more of a brown, so if you were blonde you would have to get a lighter color. It was £1 so thats an amazing price for the brush included. Its very soft, its not a rough pencil and adds definition quite quick, so use small strokes. The brush is quite basic, it only has one side of the normal brushes you can buy, with the plastic side. But I suppose you only need the nylon side because it brushes out eyebrows well.
It seems to be used quite fast, Its worn down quite fast now and ive used it once to practise on. So you might need a sharpener handy each day.
For a pound, the pencil is very 'non cheap' looking, i like it. Good for on the go!

MUA order;
MUA is a brand from a 'drugstore' or Beauty store in the UK and other parts of Europe i think, im not too sure what other countries sell MUA. I am really keen on MUA as I posted in my last post about their £1 nail polishes. I have a few products, not many, but enough to judge the company.
They had an offer on back in May 'FB20000' which, they hit 20,000 likes on their Facebook page, so they were giving a free Immaculate palette away with ANY order. Obviously delivery was an extra charge, so i got Shade 1 nail polish and the free palette worth £8 and delivery. This came to £3.95. I was so excited because i had seen many blogs and YouTube vlogs saying it was a really good palette for -£10. I also was looking forward to the £1 nail polish because it was a shimmery blue one which, at the time, i didn't have. 1 week came and Me&Dad thought it was a bit late, but anytime soon. 2 days after the one week, I emailed them and asked if it would be here soon, they said if I am in the UK.. yes. So I waited and two weeks came, we contacted them again and they didn't do much apart from say, 'it'll be here soon'. After 3 weeks Dad thought it was a bit weird so we emailed again and they said they would send another out seeing as its been 3 weeks and we haven't received it.  It didn't come either, so at 4 1/2 weeks we contacted again. They asked for the # of delivery, so I had to look waaaay back through my emails just to find it. I didn't get an answer. 5 weeks came and i asked, they said they cannot do anymore than this so they shall refund my money. 7 weeks has come, we haven't had our order OR refund so we have lost out on £4. Not a big amount of money but it still shouldn't happen. Another thing that annoyed me was they take ages to reply and the person who sends the emails out cant spell to save his life so it was a hassle trying to read it, also, they don't work at weekends. I'm really not happy with MUA, so if anyone wants anything, going to the shop is the best option!
